The VanderVlucht family has been providing commercial, industrial and window cleaning services in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan for over 90 years. Ralph VanderVlucht started Holland Window Cleaning during the Great Depression in 1930. As the business expanded under the direction of Ralph VanderVlucht, Sr., into a comprehensive cleaning company, the name changed to Holland, Inc. to encompass all the new services. Furthermore a tradition of hard work and strong values was created, which the second, third and fourth generations of the family have embraced.

With over 130 years of collective industry experience within our management team, we take pride in listening to our customers' needs and creating customized cleaning programs that meet the operational and budgetary objectives at hand. Our goal is industry leadership. Therefore, we are constantly striving to improve our company and services by implementing new technology and processes that ultimately give our customers the best overall value.

I have never been disappointed in the quality of their work or employees. In fact, our LEED Silver Certified building looks, feels, and Smells the same as it did the day we opened the doors.
