Perfection Carpet & Flooring is located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Started as a small business out of Joseph Genco's garage in 1989. Perfection Carpet & Flooring has grown over the years providing our customers with a variety of flooring choices and services. We currently offer a line of over 100's of floor colors and styles to choose from.
Your name is true. Your job on our flooring was perfect. We appreciate the friendliness and skill of your working staff who did everything to make their operation easy to live with while they were doing it. We were impressed by the care they took, not only in the laying of our flooring and installing our new toilets, but also in the very thorough job they did in cleaning up after they were done. They worked long hours to finish the job for us- even coming back Sunday to take care of the last details to our complete satisfaction.

Our carpet was installed 2 years ago. The installers were hard working and very pleasant. For the first 6 months after installation the house was vacant. When we came back we noticed in a few of the rooms the carpet was loose and buckling, the owner came out and was not pleased with our request that the carpet needed to be stretched without charge.
It has now been two years and the entire upstairs is buckling even in the rooms where there is no traffic. ( We don't even wear shoes upstairs.) I would not recommend this company.

I just had to share my experience with Joe and his crew as they made my home fabulous. They did a fantastic job, Moving my furniture taking out my old carpet and putting in new carpet. It was all done in 1 day. The professional service was great and I will be using them to professional clean my carpets as well once a year. It was a pleasure to work with them

Great prices! Their employees work very hard and very quick. I received a call stating they were on their way to install the carpet and they showed up an hour and fourty minutes later. I wish there was a conformation call for the install and better communication from the office. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience.

I regret needing to ever post anything negative. Although Jamey was a kind and amiable tech, I was extremely disappointed and disatisfied with the results. After the tech went through his regular cleaning process, the carpet and pad was left way too wet which caused all 1000 sq ft to mildew and stink. It took no less than 3 1/2 days for it to feel dry after having spent $175.
The remaining stains and mildew smell left behind were intolerable and completely unacceptable, all of which were much worse than before the cleaning. I absolutely HAD to immediatly hire a different company to re-clean the entire carpeting area because of the mildew stink and stains that remained behind after using Perfection. Thankfully, the second company, DanCare, did an excellent job of cleaning and removing the mildew and stains. And, the carpet was finally successfully cleaned only after having to spend an additional $290.
