I had read the reviews on here before I booked Richard and he certainly deserves all the good reviews he gets. He is such a nice man; so friendly, polite, punctual, great with my dog and lovely to have in the house. It is a fairly new house to me, so I had no clue what the carpet stains were and I wasn't too hopeful that they would come out. My carpets look like new. I am thrilled. Great price too! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Richard cleaned our carpets last week for the third time over the last 5 years. We originally contacted him as he had been recommended by friends in Penarth. We were again very pleased all round. Richard is obliging and thoroughly reliable. The carpets were well cleaned with no fuss and at a reasonable price. We have no hesitation in recommending Celtic.

Arranged for end of tenancy clean for all carpets in flat on 04 December 2018. Got quote. Proceeded. Richard then increased the quote on the day (around 50 more if I remember correctly) claiming that the original quote was only for certain areas of the carpet - which was inconvenient and annoying. He then sent the receipt to the wrong email address and it took multiple messages to get him to resend it to the correct address, had to get my partner to contact him using Facebook in the end. Any claims that this is a fake review are in themselves false, I've got better things to do. P.s the areas of carpet he did clean, were well cleaned

Richard turned up this morning to give me a quote for our lounge carpet, he was so reasonably priced we agreed straight away (to be honest, we were thrilled with the price) he said he would do it now. So, thirty minutes later. fantastic result, carpet looks like new. I am absolutely delighted with the finish. Thanks Richard. Highly recommended.
