I scheduled Maide For You to come in to do what they touted to be a "deep clean" with the possibility of returning regularly for bi-weekly cleanings. They charge $180 for this "deep clean" which seems like a good deal, but it definitely was not, especially considering I live in a small 2 bedroom duplex, and only wanted my kitchen, living room and 1.5 bathrooms cleaned.
When booking the appointment, i was told it would be a top to bottom DEEP clean of all rooms i requested to be cleaned. What they consider a deep clean is NOT a deep clean! On the it Initial visit, 3 very nice ladies showed up, however they weren't here more than 45 minutes, and only did a very brisk surface clean of some areas and left others untouched.
I will say they did a fabulous job with the bathrooms. I worked with the management office to have them come back as the first clean was unsatisfactory. The second clean was "meh". I declined to have them come back for regular cleans and they still charged the full $180. They apparently do NOT wash walls or windows. They did not clean or wash the floor under my kitchen table (I have a 3 year old, so this area was a bit messy) They missed lots of areas along the walls on the floors, and did not wash down the baseboards or trim as i was specifically told they would on the first visit.
The first visit, they did not clean under a runner I have in my kitchen, and they did not dust, citing a lack of time. I was overall VERY disappointed with the quality of service, and the seemingly blase attitude toward customer satisfaction and making things right.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality I am the manager of an apartment building. A tenant of mine Who was moving out hired this company for a "moving clean". I was in the apartment the next day for repairs and kitchen counters Had food and beverage residue, bedrooms were not vacuumed, bathroom was not mopped or scrubbed. A total rip off for my tenant! We'll definitely use this company again! We're moving into a new home in Gorham this weekend and I realized we should really have the bathrooms professionally cleaned first. I called Maide For You on a Wednesday and they were able to squeeze us in the next day. Their crew was extremely efficient and left the bathrooms spotless and move-in-ready.
