Octagon performed mold remediation in the attic of our "new-to-us" house. They completely removed all of the old moldy insulation, and scrubbed, sprayed, and sealed all the exposed framing. The workers were friendly and professional, and they did a great job. They took special care to create a negative pressure space, so that mold spores wouldn't be let in to other rooms in the house. I would absolutely recommend Octagon for any mold remediation needs!

I gave Octagon a 5 out of 5 stars rating, but would have given them a 100 stars if I could. I called Octagon the day after we had an upstairs water leak. The next day, Octagan had scheduled a technician to assess the damage and set up the mitigation solutions to dry out the damage before mold could set in. Everyone from Octagon was friendly, professional and very responsive. If you need a fast, reliable and effective response, you will find it with Octagon!

Octagon is second to none. We've used many different companies over the years, only to be disappointed time and time again. After multiple visits by Octagon, it's clear that this group has a mastery of what the customer needs. I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled with my great experiences with Octagon. 10 stars, but Google wouldn't let me! In an era where poor customer service has become the norm in business, it's refreshing to experience the opposite. Keep up the good work Octagon.

Very poor customer service, and left a mess! I would not recommend Octagon. There is better quality service available elsewhere for a cheaper price. Our story: We just purchased a new home and had the attic tested for mold. Our initial inspection went well (there was mold, but an easy fix) and cleaning was completed quickly. Thus why i give them a 2 star and not a 1 star rating.

After the cleaning, however, Octogon left a TON of equipment all over our hallway. There was zero communication from the company for over a week (no post-test scheduled) and when I finally did get ahold of them they claimed their field staff had tried to reach me multiple times and it was MY fault they hadn't followed up. Communication continued to be VERY frustratingly poor from that point forward, and when we finally did get a return service for a post test (multiple weeks later) the employee showed up outside his scheduled time and nearly left without doing anything!

I just happened to be home early and saw him as he was getting into his car to drive away. He was extremely rude, left an absolute mess in our hallway from opening up the attic, and blatantly told us the mold would come back so we'd have to pay them more for future cleanings! Because clearly i paid $2,400 so the problem would return and they could get even more money? Such an unprofessional and frustrating experience!

I would highly recommend Octagon. We live over 3 hours away from a home we were selling. When mold was found upon inspection Octagon was the first company we called and very glad we did. They handled the whole process from beginning to end without us having to be there. Our schedule was extremely tight and they were able to squeeze us in their busy schedule in order for us to be able to sell on time. They were extremely responsive to all our questions and very professional! We would use them again and again if need be.

Highly recommend! Professional and thorough. All mold is completely gone. They taped plastic on the walking areas and did not leave any mess behind. Easy all the way through from estimate, contract signing (electronic via DocuSign) and job completion. They were very clear things could change after they rip the walls apart, but the estimate and time required was accurate.

If you need similar services you definitely should consider Octagon, at least let them provide you with an estimate. For me, the most important thing was having the job done correctly. I am confident I chose wisely selecting Octagon.

We found Octagon on the web. Clearly they were the only company in our area to rescue our home. Response time was unbelievable fast, on site in less than three hours after calling. Team on site two hours later with --all-- of the right equipment and highly-skilled personnel. They were incredibly fast, professional and efficient. Everyone in the company from the back office to senior management greatly exceeded our expectations in all regards. Everyone was exceptionally compassionate, courteous and responsive to our needs and concerns.

From the minute I called Octagon to request help cleaning up flood damage to my coastal home, they were professional, responsive and knowledgeable. They had been recommended to us by the agency that handles our rentals. The work was thoroughly done and they were able to help identify the source of the problem.
