One of the most thorough and expert carpet cleaning companies to be found, with powerful truck mounted equipment and full vacuuming of the carpet before cleaning as well as spot treatment when required. We finally replaced our ancient Berber carpet with new and will use A to Z every 1.5 years or ealier to keep the warranty in place. They also clean tiles grout and countertops but we have not used them for this so far.

I just had my entire house with terrazzo tiles polished and sealed. I wish I had taken before and after pictures! It's like a new floor. A to Z were very knowledgeable and tested several tiles in different locations before giving me a quote. They worked efficiently and VERY hard and was done in two days with 3300sqft! I can throughly recommend them to anyone! I'm so pleased I asked them to come back and clean my sofa!
They just finished with that and that too looks like new and they scotched guarded it as well. With two dogs by the beach and lots of guests our house gets heavy use! Please use this lovely husband/wife team as they are knowledgeable, hard working and have excellent results!

Appreciated the thorough and professional job that was done at my daughter's house and was very pleased to see and feel how clean and fresh the carpets looked and felt. Charged me 190 for three small furnished bedrooms. Prices went up from last year. I wish they would have told me when they arrived. Happy with cleaning, however I am surprised they didn't tell me about the price increase especially since I'm a returning client. Last year I was completely wowed because I felt like I got such a great product for an unbelievable price.
When the carpets were ready for a clean this year I was excited to call up this adorable couple. They were so sweet with us last year. I really loved meeting them. This time however I'm taking a while to get over the sticker shock. And a little offended they wouldn't be upfront about it upon arrival. They had charged me double the price after a year.

I cannot say enough about this amazing team of carpet cleaners. We used to use them in our homes prior to having wooden floors put in. We now have sold that home and moved with once again having carpeted areas. We made a call "last minute" and they actually worked it to come in asap and get the job done. As, always they were professional, respectful of the home walls and corners etc.
The carpet feels sooooooo amazingly clean and dry when they are done. They do take pride in their work as the quality of cleaning shows it. We are blessed to have met and be able to use a trustworthy company when it comes to our home.

I've used A to Z for several years. Always on time, professional, trustworthy and fair. They really amazed me on the latest job! I moved out of a 3-bedroom home after six years and was mortified with the stains and the clear outline of an area rug. I told Greg & Lynn I never expected them to be able to get these problem areas clean. HOLY COW, when I returned, the entire house carpet looked new! I have used their cleaning services every year since 2008. Originally I asked them to clean our very old wall to wall carpeting in preparation for selling our condo in Kuliouou. They made it look like new, even using a little dye to even out places where the sun had faded the carpet. Since we moved in town I have had them clean my 2 couches and upholstered chairs yearly (I now have hardwood floors) and they do a fantastic job. Not expensive. They show up on time. Highly recommend this company!

They are very professional and honest. I originally asked them to estimate the cost of cleaning some leather furniture. When they saw the condition of the furniture they said they could clean the surface, but recommended a leather expert who was more equipped to do the type of deep clean required. I was so impressed with their honesty that I hired them to clean our kitchen travertine instead. They were quick, competent and reasonably priced. I will definitely hire them again.
