We have been using Flor's service for about 20 years. She and her team are hard-working, efficient, and very honest. You NEVER have to worry about things going missing. Ever. Flor is reliable and trustworthy. My house would be out of control without her and her team. They also periodically clean my rain gutters as well as our windows. They do a great job, and I love that they are genuinely nice people.

The property manager for the house we were renting recommended Flor to do the move-out cleaning. She said she would be able to clean the walls as well. When we inspected the house, the walls were not even touched. Little hand prints from the kids were still there. I took a cloth and even wiped some away. We called Flor to come back and redo the walls. Unfortunately, we were in a time crunch and could not reinspect the house.
The property manager said Flor could not clean the walls and they would need to be repainted. We received the remainder of our rent deposit with a billing statement for the wall. Flor was hired by the property owner to repaint the walls. BE CAREFUL HIRING FLOR services. You'll get scammed. Plus, Flor will not be able to meet your expectations or deliver on her promises.
