Tahoe Supply Company has been a great professional partner with Cascades of the Sierra for many years. I love Tahoe Supply. Company, and have worked with them as a primary supplier for many of our janitorial customers for years! They have a solid lineup of products at reasonable prices. They have friendly and competent staff as well! The reason I would take away 2 stars is their delivery service. We have consistent problems with inaccurate or forgotten deliveries, or things like leaving product in a different place than requested without a call to give someone a heads up.
I think there might be more employee turnover in this department, which could mean the compensation is not adequate. Also there is likely a lack of clarity with procedures, training and ongoing support accountability for delivery staff. Repeated complaints has not led to change, which is very frustrating.
