I found a formal gown at the thrift store for an upcoming wedding with a bunch of stains on it. I took my dress to Max I. Walker based on a recommendation from my neighbor. Lily was really kind and took extra care to get all of the stains out of my dress. She could have charged me more, but she didn't. Very satisfied with my experience!

Great service, very quick and friendly. Also for all of you that have lived in a big city, they have wash and fold. I feel like all of my midwestern dreams have been answered. I don't know of any other place in omaha that does this but believe me when I don't feel like doing laundry I will be trying this service out

The pricing here is just astronomical. I took in a load of drycleaning and laundry last month and for some relatively basic dresses (knee-length, business attire) they charged $16 apiece. And they do not tell you up front how much you'll be charged (shady). In terms of quality, seeing as you're paying out the nose, I'll note that they did a fine job with dry cleaning including stuffing the sleeves of my blazers with tissue to prevent creasing - much appreciated. However, I was not impressed with the laundry service - for two button down shirts (which were only $3 each) I had washed and pressed, the pressing job was so bad I redid it on my own. Areas around buttons bulged, and one sleeve cuff was so badly creased, starched, and folded up in a wrinkled mess from where they'd ironed the opposite side over it that it took tons of elbow grease for me to correct the mess.

Would not recommend this dry cleaning place. They keep the door locked all of the time so an employee has to let you in, alittle sketchy. I brought a dress in and had to take it back because it didn't even look like it was dry cleaned, the stains were still all there. They did wash it a second time for free, just a large inconvenience to go back.

Shrank a nice sweater and tore the pocket and chipped all the buttons on a cardigan. I was disappointed. My family has done dry cleaning there forever and they just completely ruined two sweaters. I don't understand what they could've been doing with the sweater to tear it and chip the buttons. Disappointed.

My husband reminded me he needed his suits cleaned.the day before he needed them. Dropped them off at 9am and picked them up at 5pm the same day! Two suits and a dress shirt = about $35. But getting them the same day I dropped them off and cleaned fabulously, priceless! PSA if you have nice hangers, don't leave them when you drop off your things. They'll throw them out! Slightly bummed when I got the suits back on different/standard dry cleaning hangers.but I'll live.

I moved here from Fashion Cleaners. The staff here are professional, courteous and friendly. With the service I'm getting, I feel like I'm not getting taken advantage of, like Fashion Cleaners. for example, Fashion Cleaners proceeds to dry clean my shirts that only needs to be laundered without telling or asking me. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!

I love this neighborhood dry cleaner. JP got this impossible stain out of a linen jacket I had. Simply amazing. She also sewed on a button for me out of the kindness of her heart. Juan is alway nice and friendly. I miss Justine. Haven't seen her lately. They just hire good people there and do a good job.
