This is the second time I've used the company, first time was great, not the same story this time. Never received a confirmation for my item, it was not listed on my account and I had to email in order to find it. When finally given a confirmation for pickup, no locker number was listed. The only good part of the experience was Silvia as she was very helpful in the whole ordeal.

Poor experience. For some reason no one was there when I got there around 11:10am today. I waited around 20 minutes by myself in their shop (had to call another location to figure out what happened). No apology when she finally did get there. So, it's ok that you're leaving all of this expensive clothing here unattended? Good to know.

Strike one. Lost my winter jacket. Strike two. Lost my pants Strike three. Gave me the wrong jacket. 1. The idea of a dry cleaner in midtown crossing was so convient. They charged a little more then other cleaners but the location was just right. I took my winter jacket in for dry cleaning. Just the jacket, no other clothing. They said it would be a week.
A stopped by a week later and they said they didn't have any jacket for me. They lost my jacket and denied ever receivIng it. I produced the ticket for service and they said they would look into it. I call them three days after that event and they say they found it at another store and will call when they bring it back to the midtown store. Five days later I call again and they say it's been sitting at their store for a day.
The customer service is only worse then their organization. Attitude reflects leadership and that place has no leadership. 2. & 3. My grandmother passses away and I need my favorite black suit cleaned quickly. My wife, unbeknownst to me, takes in the suit to. fashion cleaners. She took in three pairs of pants and two shirts and one suit jacket. The day before we are flying out we have the clothes back in the house and I notice that one of my pares of pants are missing.
At that time, I didn't realize it was fashion cleaners that cleaned the clothes. We pack up and take the flight to New York for the funeral. Day of the funeral, I go to put my suit on and notice the jacket is short and tight. What gives? They had my pants mixed with another suit. Someone please take over this company and fire the leadership and retrain/fire the employees

I was not satisfied at all they told me that my stuff would be done one day and then when I showed up to pick it up I found they lost two of the three pieces. Then when I tried to call them about it they put me aside and proceeded doing other things. It was ridiculous I would suggest never to use them at all.
