I live over 1hr & half away from this place. I couldnt find the tile cleaning tool I was looking for anywhere. I finally call this place and I get quoted a a price for the equipment over the phone. I made sure we both understood which equipment we are both talking about, the guy tells me yes we sell the tool alone and your looking at about $500-600 for the spinner tool, and he proceeds to tell me come on down and check it out we have it here in stock.
I drove down there 1hr & half just to find out that the price is 3 times as much as they told me over the phone. The guy who spoke to me also admitted he told me the wrong information which ok I guess I can say oh well but the owner never once told me hey man I'm so sorry I can at least give you a better deal, NOTHING. Instead he continued to me how expensive they are blah blah blah.3 hrs out of my day wasted.
If he would of told me hey man heres a deal for the inconvenience I dont care if i paid more than 600 but just for that no buisness ever. If you call for a product ask for the main owner because the employees have no idea about any prices I guess. Sadly this place wount get a dime off me ever.

I've done business with Steve for many years he's helped me out immensely even when I was starting my business he gave me materials and put them on my tab that's right he started to tab for me when no one else would I have found him to be a stand-up person and an excellent businessman and has a phenomenal product and number of products I recommend capello's 1000% if you're in business you need capello's.

These guys are amazing because they really care. I get my supplies from them about once a week now for 3 years. My carpet cleaning extractor had a blown motor the other day. They repaired it quickly, reasonable price, and it works better than new. These guys sell most everything, and will even offer you a drink on a hot day! Excellent customer service.
