This is a very progressive place with a highly motivated staff. From residential carpet restoration, to natural catastrophies, and forensic cleaning, this wonderful group of people can get the job done.

Horrible experience with the owner. He is very rude, and condescending, as if the world owes him something. All dealings we have had with him (as a vendor AND potential customer) have been nothing short of terrible. Being a business owner that has built their business from the ground up, you would think he would have a bit more empathy and respect for others, two traits he definitely lacks.

He legit spoke down to my husband, and even used a few choice words that should never be used in a professional setting. We will never do any business whatsoever with Taryn and his crew ever again.

This is the most unprofessional and flat-out disrespectful company I have ever hired. The "CEO" and his crew worked without masks while my fiance was at home, and when I got home and told him to put a mask on, he told me he was thinking about giving me a discount until I asked him to wear a mask. Then he started arguing with me, saying he was going to "teach me a lesson, " and raised his voice at my fiance and I so loud that she hid in the bedroom.

He and I stood and argued for a while, and then he accused me of asking him to wear a mask because I wanted to "show my manhood" in front of my partner. I threw him out and told him to get off my property and never to come back. Mind you, I never raised my voice or swore at this guy or anything. I literally just said "hey, if you're gonna be in here, you and your team need to be wearing masks." He stood there and argued with me for five minutes before he went and got a mask, and then came back and yelled in my kitchen.

I have no freaking clue what this guy's problem is but I will never ever recommend anyone letting him in their house. Seriously, I hate that this dude knows where I live, this is one of the most aggressive, unsafe, and unprofessional companies I've ever worked with. Edit - to the person who replied below me, I literally pulled out my phone and took an audio recording of this entire incident. Once he started raising his voice, I had no idea what was going to happen, and I have a 30-minute long audio file of this guy yelling and him telling me all of this.

Not too satisfied. The first time they came out to "treat" mold and flooded carpeting, they left visible mold on the carpet and did not pull out all the wet padding underneath the carpet. They came the next day to check how much the carpet had dried. I told them that there is still mold to be treated and wet padding to come out. They did NOT do their due diligence.

Today they came back to check the carpet. I told them, yet again about the issues. I WAS TOLD THE CARPET WAS NOT WET AND THEY WILL NOT BE PULLING IT OUT(with ATTITUDE). I had to, RIP the CARPET back to show him, IT WAS SOAKED AND WATER ON THE FLOOR! ONLY THEN DID HE REMOVE THE WET PADDING.

AMAZING at what they do! Great company to work with! They provide tremendous work when it comes to turning an apartment. Their paint, house cleaning and carpet cleaning teams are all professional and the best at what they do. Will make your carpet look like new even after years of wear and tear. I use LICRA for an apartment complex cleaning and carpet cleaning. They always do a great job, are very flexible with the scheduling I need and always figure out a way to work in an unexpected cleaning or carpet cleaning. They are also very fast to respond to emergency situations when we have had flooding in an apartment, and even took care of a fire restoration in an occupied apartment quickly and professionally. Great company to partner with!

This company offers multiple different services. Their cleaners are great. And they're so sweet. That's where the good in the story comes to an end. The other offered services are less than mediocre. And when you try to have a discussion with any of the owners (all family; husband/wife/son), be prepared to be handled aggressively. You will be talked over, talked down to, called a liar, etc.

All the while, you will never have even gotten to finish your sentence about your concern that generated the phone call to begin with. Other companies may cost a little more, but the customer service and finished product is well worth it. How do they say it. You get what you pay for? Yep. Cheap company, cheap service, zero customer service.
