I've used Wassons for years and wouldn't use anyone else. The crew is friendly, competent, and always stand behind their work. I had a bad spill of chili infused olive oil right in my foyer. Luis got it out! Amazing.

I am so beyond disappointed with the cleaning service. We bought our house and I was very pregnant so my in laws gifted us a deep cleaning for our new house. I gave the manager a long description and walk through of what I needed done. Focusing a lot of attention on the rooms the previous owners had smoked in. When the crew came I had to redescribed what I needed, ( why do I have to do this again if I already did it once and was paying so much money?) Two cleaning men were here for a few hours, once they were done I asked how dirty it was behind the stove, and a few other places to check to make sure they cleaned what they were supposed to.

They told me it was all cleaned. I checked once they left and it was not. There was still crumbs around the stove. So I check the other areas of the house and basically the house had a nice dusting. I emailed the manager as well as sent photos. He then came back later with someone else to take care of the issues. This was all fine till then since we paid I wanted to get what we paid for and he was making it right, or so I thought.

They came and went, he showed the cleaner how to properly remove the smoke residue and dust, so I figured it was all taken care of as it should be. Then I started to paint and decided to wipe down the walls and I realized all the tobacco stain was still there. Needless to say this happened in a few other areas of the house. Their five hundred dollar deep clean was deeply disappointing.

Here's my experience: hired Wasson's to clean our air ducts because of a bad smell. We agreed on a price and signed the contract. We paid them for the contracted service. Then they produced a rodent and said we had to pay them another hundred bucks. I told them we wouldn't pay that, and they could put the dead rodent back in the duct.

Next thing we knew, they started demanding the money (pretty desperate, I guess), and when we said we would only pay for what we hired them to do, the account went to collections, and then turned up on my son's credit report. Over a hundred bucks! So I reviewed them on Yelp, the BBB, and all the usual advertising "rating" services. Wasson threatened to sue me; I said, go ahead, it ain't libel if it's true.

Never heard a peep. So, Mr. Wasson, I'm back. Go hire your internet cleanup service to remove this review, or get Yelp to screen it. Hope it was worth the hundred bucks. PS Caveat emptor. If a business says you owe them, even without a judgment, it goes on your credit bureau rating. Where are the consumer protection agencies? Wish anybody could claim Wassons owed them a hundred bucks and report them to Equifax. But that wouldn't be ethical. PSS Go on Youtube and search "home air duct cleaning NBC". It's VERRRRRY interesting.

So, we make an appointment two weeks in advance, they call and confirm the appointment the day before and then the technicians don't show up. I call thirty minutes after the appointment to find out where they are and am told they'll be by in about 90 minutes; that's two hours late. No phone call advising of their delay, not even a sincere apology.

The men did a fine job once they arrived. I understand jobs get complicated and delays happen. The office needs to monitor the work flow and keep customers posted however. Fortunately our afternoon was open so we could wait,

I used Wasson's Cleaning to clean my carpets when I moved out of my rental home. They did an incredible job, and I got my deposit back! The staff was very professional and courteous. After trying other carpet cleaning companies in the past, I must say that they did the best job and had the best price.

Terrible company. Avoid at any cost. They give you an estimate and come back later telling you to pay them above the agreed upon price. Plus, the service they provide is unnecessary. It's about as crucial as walking outside wearing a surgeon's mask. Your ducts are probably pretty clean. Wasson's specializes in this so-called service, and their ads make it look like typical ducts are dripping with crud, but I'm sure there are plenty of cleaning companies who can do the same thing with honesty and integrity.

I wouldn't recommend these guys. I called them for a carpet cleaning estimate, the guy was more than an hour late and the day they were supposed to do the work they called to cancel after the time they were supposed to arrive. Not what I expected from a local business with the economy the way it is.
