Top notch company. I had a great experience booking the appt with Shirley and they gave a short arrival window which they were on time for. Bernard and his assistant were very professional and prepaired with shoe coverings and put protection on my wall corners. They were able to get the stains out of my Wool carpet bereber carpet for a reasonalble price. Highly recommend!

Desperately needed my carpets cleaned after my senior pup had a lot of accidents all over our carpets. Our house had a strong dog urine smell. I called Sparkle on a Friday and they were able to come out Saturday! Bernard & James were on time, professional but also very personable & friendly. They did an amazing job! It's now been 3 days and our house smells soooo much better.

We plan to have them clean our carpets a few times a year. Highly highly highly recommend. Also Shirley is who I spoke to on the phone and she is also super friendly! Thank yall so much for the exceptional service.

Today was not the day I imagined but Shirley and the whole crew at Sparkle Carpet Cleaning has made it so much better. I have been using their company for years now, long since before I got my own home even. I still remember Bernard telling me how clean my apartment was and I was one of the few people to do regular cleaning but that is just the way I was raised.

I never thought I would have a pet and even with my level of cleanliness I now have Sparkle out twice a year. This morning the baby dog went into shock and was vomiting everywhere. After getting her stabilized and having to leave her at the ER vet I was beside myself and came home to a mess I had ran out on. I called Shirley up and she had the crew over in less than 2 hours to take care of the house for me.

They of course went above and beyond and as a long time customer didn't even charge me extra for the urgent call. They just came and took care of me. They are truly a family company who treat their long time customers like family as well. If you are in need of a carpet cleaning company I highly recommend them! They deserve the best and are the best business I could ever hope to have take care of my home. Thank you again Sparkle, y'all are amazing!

Sparkle Carpet Steam Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and bathroom shower grout! With two kids, our carpet was very dirty especially in the high traffic areas. First experience with Sparkle Carpet Steam Cleaning was when they cleaned our upholstered chairs and made them look brand new. This time I had them clean the carpet in bedroom and family area. They responded very quickly and were able to fit us in the next day! They were very nice and professional when here and the rooms we wanted done look beautiful. The only issue we had was it took nearly 24 hours for the carpets to dry.

Wow! Awesome experience from initial quote to completion of work. Send them a photo for an accurate quote. What was quoted was what I paid. My appointment was set and completed within 2 days of my initial call. They gave me a 1 hour window, received 2 confirmation calls and arrived earlier, which we really appreciated. They took extra care and placed protective covers on my floors and anywhere their equipment came in contact with my house such as doors and corners.

Their customer service was 5 star alone. Shirley, Bernard and their son were incredibly warm, personable and quickly earned my trust. They did a fantastic job on my off-white microfiber sectional couch and a second cloth couch. The results were better than my expectations. I will absolutely return for their business. Bernard and Tommy are absolutely the BEST! This was our first time using their services. Saw lots and lots of great reviews on Yelp so I took a chance. SO glad I did.
