Found Brian when he was cleaning my neighbors windows (we live in Pasadena, his "area covered" is not clear on his yelp page) -I asked him to bid my job - single story house, lots of windows. His price was reasonable and he is a super nice guy! Brian has cleaned my windows twice now, gutters once, and has battled the hard water stains from forever ago! Highly recommend him!
