Tri Maids offers our Classic Cleaning checklist for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly clients. Our teams try their best to cover all these areas; however, some homes require more attention in some areas and less in others. If this is the case with your home, please communicate your priorities so they may focus their time correctly.
We want you as a regular customer from the first cleaning. While special requests may cost a little more, we can give you an in-home estimate for free, and you can count on us not over-charging for your first visit. You will only be charged for the actual time that the crew is at your home. We are licensed, bonded and insured.

They have inconsistent cleaning protocols, each housekeeper that came out did things differently. They were careless with personal items in the home and when they broke something they don't tell you. The first couple of times they sent out this team that are pretty good and then later on they don't care who they send out to your house. It's very challenging and frustrating to get them to clean properly and to be careful with your personal items. They just don't care. I wrote a letter to the owner and he didn't even respond.

They started out doing well, then attitude and quality of cleaning got poor as personnel kept changing. During future cleanings many things were missed or overlooked. I did tip well hopping that would be an incentive. I had different issues with items in my house being broken. I asked them to please be careful multiple times, but they didn't seem to listen or care. I wrote a letter to the owner and never got a response which validated my concerns. They don't care.

Tri Maids was awesome! I needed a last minute cleaning of my house and they were very friendly and accommodating. They were very nice and asked what I wanted when they were cleaning. Their service was different than others in that they asked what specifically I wanted. Highly recommend the Tri Maids!

This is my first time using them and surely will not be my last. With a family of 5 and lots of pets I never really have time to clean. The house is always a mess. A friend recommended them to me and I was left more than happy. They got everything I asked them to get. Looking forward to the next time they come!

Wish I could give zero stars. This was the Monrovia office. I guess they deserve one just for showing up on time. Can't believe I didn't read the reviews before I booked. I confirmed that the baseboards would be done, since the house was already clean. Baseboards were not cleaned, trash cans were not moved or cleaned around or behind. Spend a good hour going around cleaning them myself. Called the company and she told me the worker told her she had cleaned them twice, I said Ana is lying to you.
I offered for one if the ladies in the office to come she what a horrible job was done she said oh we can't do that! This company is a racket! It really should be investigated. I just might get the ball rolling on that tomorrow.

Disappointing. I called for an initial service. I said I'd like to do a deep cleaning up front (2-hours), and then settle into every-other week. Over the phone I was told that would include windows and sills. This was information offered to me - I did not ask. It took them a full week to find a window that worked with my schedule, and I decided to take off early from work to accommodate them. Maria's team showed up TWO HOURS late (5PM instead of scheduled 3PM).
As I had taken off of work specifically to accommodate their schedule, this was very frustrating. They broke a vase and did a perfunctory job that I might expect from a 1-hour cleaning. There were cobwebs in the corners, several surfaces with dust (dressers and tables - not just bookshelves), and the ceiling fans were not done, although these were each things I specifically requested on the walk-through when the team finally arrived.
I asked three times during the 2-hours to have the covered porch (part of the upstairs duplex) swept and dusted. I got a "ya ya ya -we know, we know" the first two times, and the third walked Maria out and stated I would like it done again when there were only 15 minutes of their time remaining and it was clear they were not going to do it. Needless to say - no windows and no window sills.
I called the next day to explain what a disaster this had been and that I would not be using them again. I explained that I was told - information OFFERED by the person who booked the appointment - that windows and sills were included. This time I was told that windows and sills were a separate appointment. I explained that I had not asked for that - the person who booked my appointment stated they would be included without prompt.
I said I was shocked at their bait-and-switch. I also stated that their work was mediocre and that TWO HOURS LATE was indefensible. They were non-responsive. I strongly advise avoiding this service. If you must use them, definitely avoid Maria's team. Poorly executed, poorly managed, and remarkably late. I know that things get broken from time to time, but it was sad that a vase my mother made for me (no monetary value, but sentimental) was broken on a first trip. Wow. Avoid the frustration and HIGH price tag and call someone else.

I've been looking for a maid service for a little while now and my mother in law kept telling me I should try them. So I caved. When I called to make an appointment they had told me that the rates had gone up July 1st. They did not tell me why. It was $110 for 5 ladies for an hour. It's now $130 for 5 ladies for an hour. I told them nevermind.
So then my mother in law called and made an appointment and talked to them for me. She told me that the appointment for Friday between 1 and 1:30. I could not really do any of my errands because I would not be back in time. The maids were and hour late (2:16)! They didn't even call! When they arrived they were in a rush and didn't really want to clean the whole house in an hour.
And when I asked for the price she asked if $130 was ok. I was already irritated because they were an hour late with no call and they didn't want to clean the whole house until I asked yes they had to. So I just said ok. After about an hour of loud dusting and banging. The lady came in to get me and said they were done, everyone was already in the car.
She asked if I could take a quick walk around and check, as she was waiting by the door. So I just paid her and quickly left. They did not dust in the places I asked. I'm very upset and do not recommend them at all! And I thought they were going to take the trash that they empied out with them. I guess that was too much to ask for.

Tri Maids came to our house today. I would never recommend them to anyone! We specifically asked them to clean walls and doors. This was not done. Our shutters were not dusted. The area around the toilets was not cleaned. Our bathroom trashcans ended up in a basket in our bedroom. The window sill above the sink.not dusted. We have a small house. There were 5 maids cleaning under 1200 square feet for 2 hours! How they could miss common cleaning is beyond me. My husband called two hours ago asking them to come back and finish the job. No response yet.

I can repeat what another reviewer wrote. We have used Tri-maids on and off for about 5 years. The team that used to come to our homes were quick, friendly, and professional. That is NO LONGER the case. They had been to our home several times before and on the last two visits they missed a lot of work and then asked if I wanted done -- for an added fee.
I reminded them that they had been to our home several times and why charge more? The answer.you have a big house.?!? When I called to complain - no help. Either I paid the extra amount or they would just leave it as is. I won't be using them again after being over charged and under cleaned -- I don't care if I do have a "big house" -- the first crews handled it well and fast -- the last groups were sadly lacking.

Prior to finding tri maids I had a hell of a time finding people that were dependable and spoke English fluently. Having Tri Maids has been great, I have been using them for 1 year and it is very convenient just schedule a appointment and leave a credit card on file and Tri Maids does the rest. When I come home from a hard days work its nice to come home to a freshly cleaned house! Thanks Tri Maids!

My wife has hired this company to clean our house three times. The first time was outstanding. The second time was not as good, mainly because one of the ladies who is a spectacular bathroom cleaner did not come. The third time, about a week ago, was a disappointing experience. My wife said the cleaners rushed through the job and we had a sink that was completely untouched.
More importantly, we found an item missing from our bathroom cabinet. While the item was not of great value, our trust was completely shattered. Furthermore, the response of Tri Maids was very underwhelming; they didn't seem particularly concerned. In fact, we have yet to hear back from them after we reported the incident. We will not be using this company a fourth time.

We have used Tri-maids on and off for over 10 years. We hire them to do the excess work and cleaning we can't handle, or when we need extra help. The team that used to come to our homes were quick, friendly, and professional. That is no longer the case. We hired them to do a thorough cleaning, asked them to take their time, and requested at least 2 1/2 hours.
When I returned after two hours and 15 minutes, the crew was gone and the house was not finished. They missed a bathroom, left cleaning residue behind on the tiles, and missed a lot of work they actually asked if I wanted done. When I asked for a quote over and over before they started, they kept avoiding the answer. Only one girl speaks English, and she is not in charge.
We were charged $165 for an unclean house, with no prior notice that they would charge that much on our credit card. We were offered a 15 minute refund but none has been given. We won't be using them again after being over charged, under cleaned, and the fact they didn't stay for the entire time.

Had Tri-Maids before. They were fsst and VERY good at keeping my house clean and spotless. They bring thier own tools which I found that a BIG NAME cleaning service didn't bother doing. They were professionsl and actuslly fun to work with. Made it easy for me while I was having to take care of my elderly parent in the house. Nothing but high praise for the women thaf work there.
