I initially spoke with David, the cleaning services owner. He was very polite and helpful. I told him that I was about to move into a new home and needed it cleaned. On the day of the cleaning, he was kind enough to give me a follow-up call to let me know that the cleaners would get to the location on time.which they did! The cleaners were very professional and did a fabulous job in a timely manner. I would definitely call them them again if I need cleaning services in the future.

Since I rely heavily on yelp ratings for business and personal, I had to go ahead with this review. I don't even want to give Ashford Cleaning one star at all. David is a very nice gentlemen on the phone, but I guess you better be if you've had to cancel three different times on one customer and still want their business. Every excuse in the book was given as to why they couldn't keep their appt.
This is not the reason for the one star. David said a long time husband and wife team of 13 years would be coming to clean. I thought that would be great and upon meeting them, they seemed nice. I came back a little early to see if they were done and found their 8 yr. old son riding his skateboard on my newly cleaned (by Family Man Tile Cleaning Service) tile all over the front and dining room floors.
As soon as I walked in the door, he picked up his skateboard and set it down. I just spent $650 to clean the floor that he was now riding his skateboard on. This company doesn't have respectable employees or reliable service. If this company's employees don't respect your house as they clean it, you can only imagine the level of cleaning you are getting and what else they may or may not be doing in your house while you are gone. Please use them at your own risk.

I contacted this company several months ago after reading another stellar review and have been completely satisfied from the very first conversation with the owner, David. First of all, he has been happy to comply with all my requests. I was able to customize the specific tasks they did within my home which was very important to me - I never heard "we don't do that".
It was also a major concern for me to be able to communicate easily with those that would be actually cleaning my home since that was one of my major issues with prior services I had stopped using. The team he sent me was perfect.they spoke fluent English and were professional and friendly too. I have to say that the lady who gave the 1-star review must be an unfortunate exception.

Don't even believe the previous reviewer for this company. I called this company for someone to come and clean my small place. Owner raved on and on about how the "most reliable" person they had would be sent out my way with no less than 12 years experience. The MOST reliable, mind you. Never late ONCE.Always gets rave reviews from her customers. You guessed it. They NEVER SHOWED UP. So much for Ashford. Obviously not recommended.

Ashford has been cleaning my past 3 homes for years - always consistent and always a great job. Easy to communicate with via email - also David is available 24/7 via cell. I appreciate that they are flexible with my schedule. Ashford's team also keep's an eye on issues my home may have that I am not aware of - the are always looking out for me and my home.
