It has been a while but I needed to take urgent care of some family business. Thankfully this is all sorted now and I am ready to dedicate myself to the art of precious carpet and rug cleaning again. I hope you missed me. If you didn't miss my charismatic smile (self-irony alert) I hope you missed the loud voice of my trusty porty (portable carpet extractor.The old Prochem beast is ready to vacuum carpets and jet blast the heck out of germs, dust, dirt and grime from the fibers. You just bought carpets for your office (or home, but for the purpose of this short intro story I will keep it commercial) last month, now they look a bit dull. The interior designer said it would look more pleasing to the eyes that way, and that you can just remove it afterwards if you grow to hate it.

We stopped by their warehouse to look at the carpet selection. The staff at their store wasn't pushy but still very friendly. We ordered carpet and scheduled an install. The team arrived on time and was extremely efficient. The carpet looks amazing too. From our experience this business is very well worth checking out for anyone in the market for carpet. We won't ever buy carpet from a big box store after experiencing the professionalism given by Benny's.

We recently went to Bennys' for carpet in our upstairs and stairwell. They had someone out to measure in a day and then ordered our carpet, which arrived within a week. We were only one week from initial measure to installation. Their installation crew did an absolutely fantastic job with the install and were done in a matter of hours. The price was good as well and we were very happy with the service.

Benny's price was 20% less than one of those stores with the fancy showrooms. They got the carpet we wanted shipped to them faster than they originally said they would, and installation was perfect. The installers were courteous and extremely careful with furniture. You couldn't ask for a more satisfied customer. If we need carpet in the future, we will start at Benny's.

We had such a great experience! We need a quick turn around to list our house. I came in and picked out carpet on a Wednesday night right before they closed. They had someone out on that Thursday to measure and had a quote on Friday. They installed the next Wednesday in only 2 hours! It looks beautiful and is such great quality! We'll be using Benny's for our new house!

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE BENNY'S CARPET! They did a GREAT JOB with our flooring- feels like we are walking into a brand new house. They did great work in every room and completed the project on time. They were $2200 cheaper than Empire Flooring and everything came as promised and expected (unlike Empire). WE WILL DEFINITELY BE HAVING THEM BACK TO DO OUR BASEMENT! And when I move - I plan on using them for my new house! I recommend any one who wants flooring to go to BENNY'S CARPET!

Carpet ok but was to be stain resistant, it's not. They didn't and wouldn't let me sweep the floor after removing old carpet because they didn't have time and I would had to make another appt if I had. So lumps under carpet. I had to plane down the door myself because of lump to be able to shut it. Gary sent out a manager of installation, he was rude and wouldn't do anything about it. Gary nice while buying it but not if you have a complaint. It's been a little over a year now, decided to have it pulled up and relaid and other rooms done but it won't be with Benny's.

Great service, quick installation, great quality. Best price for the service they provide. Gary inside was helpful and informative. They found a great deal on material and held it for weeks until we were ready for the install. They came out the next day after we called and installed three rooms and a hallway in half a day. It looks great and their room transition and seam work is flawless. Highly recommended.
