Amazing job by Naked Clean, needed a spotless move-out clean and they came through big time. There price beat everyone and it was the best.

I've been using Naked Clean for quite a while now, and am set up with monthly cleanings. Once on a regular schedule you have the same team come each time which really helps. Recently my initial cleaning team was no longer available so I was assigned Teresa and her team. They did an amazing job. They were on time, courteous, and left me with a VERY clean house. I'd definitely recommend trying Naked Clean and be sure to ask for Teresa and her team.

Just had my first cleaning done with Jesi. She was on time, very pleasant, and hard working. Everything looks wonderful, and I look forward to her coming back next month!

We had a septic backup. Nothing terrible for cleanup, but we were displaced to a hotel for over a week so coming back home to a clean place was awesome. They went above and beyond and it was like moving back into a brand new place. Our place is not that big so it was more of a deep clean. Thank you so much for your kind and great service.

My family has just moved to the area, and I had received a recommendation to call Naked Clean. I was able to schedule a few hours fairly quickly, and the person who came to our house was very polite, wore a mask, and was very attentive to the specific things that I needed cleaned in our home. Jesi did an amazing job cleaning our showers, floors, and baseboards.

Since we have an eight month old, crawling around, it was very important that we get any dust or other dirt that he could put his mouth on. Jesi also worked quickly and it was a good value of time.

I have been using Naked Clean for about 2 years now and they have always been great to work with. Brenda has been my go to gal and she always manages to fit in my cleaning last minute (as I always seem to procrastinate). She is professional and prompt. My last 3 hour cleaning was with Jesi who arrived right on time and went straight to work. She was very kind and was through with her cleaning. I would definitely have her back for my next service.

Have had great success with Naked Clean. Been using for years. Recently had a really good clean with Jesi. She had to come back due to timing since it was before holidays so very booked. But she did come back and finished up. Even helped me with dishes. My cat really liked her too

Isabel did an amazing job cleaning my bare wood floors and dusting every surface within my home in 3 hours. I would highly recommend asking for Isabel, as she knows exactly what it takes to do a complete, 100% perfect cleaning job! She showed up within the time range mentioned by Brenda, and got to work, allowing me to take care of other things. I would most certainly set up a monthly cleaning plan with her.

Naked clean has been cleaning our hom for the 7 months. I believe there are not enough kind things to say regarding the excellent service I receive. Rosa and Jessi are always on time, more importantly they never miss anything that is part of our clean. They always go above and beyond for us and end up doing more then is requested, which is absolutely unheard of.

I will be staying with Naked clean for years to come, as their service is the best we have ever had. Got to say it again, Rosa and Jessi are the very best at what they do, will not let anyone clean our home!

Sounds like a bunch of bullshit excuses like your trying to say it was my fault ur maids did a crap job it was more then just moving furniture they didn't sweep anywhere in my home didn't throw away trash didn't wipe counters or the fridge and u did call and ask for more time witch i approved and they still did shit work and hell no I'm not paying for shit work to be preformed and about the time after ur horrible maids came on a Saturday i didn't hear from ur shitty ass company till that following Tuesday and by the way the review definitely now will be going on bbb

I want to start by thanking Maria and Laura & Raul for their wonderful job of cleaning my house. The first time, I had Maria. She was very thorough and friendly; my dogs love her. The second and third time, we had Laura & Raul. They are also very meticulous and friendly. I also want to thank the office staffs, Cathy and Brenda. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

They always try their best to accommodate your schedule. I'm so lucky to find them. I will definitely continue to utilize their wonderful service. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a thorough, friendly, and professional team to keep your home clean!

I never had a cleaning service before and this has been the best experience with customer service and the service itself I ever had. Rosa was our assigned house keeper and she is amazing. She does a great job with cleaning everything and is also very kind. I recommend this company and Rosa!

I actually did send you an email with a bunch of pictures and spoke to you and the response that I got back from you or the company was we're sorry you're not satisfied. No offer was made for any type of refund or rectification.

No thanks I wouldn't like their service back I've hired another service and they're doing just fine. My review remains I would not recommend this service as the contracted service providers in my experience are not very good.

Naked Clean is currently charging $45 per hour maid with 3 hour minimum which includes their cleaning supplies of non-toxic cleaners They work Monday through Friday with limited maids available on Saturday. They are booked several weeks out for availability

I really appreciate that the Naked Clean office team is really responsive and attentive to my needs. If there are every questions or issues with the cleaning (which there aren't many at all) they respond right away and make sure to do all they can to ensure me and my home are taken care of. Rosa and Lupita are a wonderful cleaning team and I look forward to my regular scheduled cleanings with them.

I had the same experience as all the other negative reviews. Obviously poor cleaning, no attention to detail, demonstrobly lacking competency. When I complaind I was told by Brenda "Typically it is not standard for the maids to clean the door tracks as they do not have the professional tools to do so." Its called a vacume Brenda. The utterly incompatant employess emptiend only 1 of the 4 trash cans, smeared some dirty towl on our dinning table, and did not vacume. Brenda suggested that it was my fault for not telling them what I wanted done.

Any 5th grader would know. I called a maid service to clean a condo. I agreed to a total of 3 hours. They left after 2.5 and did not actually clean anything. And they refuse to give me credit or a refund. The BBB is going to hear about this. Naked Clean provides prompt, friendly customer service and reasonable rates. We appreciate the natural products that their cleaners use. Our most recent cleaning duo, Rosa & Alfonso, are trustworthy and thorough.

Disappointed. They simply did not deliver as agreed. Booked a pre-party cleaning. Set an arrival time and price. The crew showed up way too early and wanted to start but that was not possible. Major hassle. They left and started another job, not mine as agreed! So they came to my house really late, causing us a lot of worry that they were going to screw up our party.

They added a third worker who left early. The workers worked in the same room and chatted a lot. Didn't seem to get much done for the $$$ we spent. They did an OK job on the few things they got to. And did I mention they didn't come on time, chatted a lot and it was a serious hassle? Why can't a service simply come on time, do their job, for the money agreed? I'm sure they will offer an apology and give excuses but the fact is they didn't do what they agreed to do. Disappointing.

Mary & Raul are fantastic! We decided to give Naken Clean a try after spending 2020 all at home and so glad we did! They cleaned things we didn't even realize needed to be cleaned. We're so grateful for the amazing job they did! Will for sure request them again. Service: Deep clean

Disappointing at best. We hired Naked Clean to clean a new house before moving into it. They left early and with visible dust all over the place, and still charged us for the full time. They also broke a light fixture and did not tell us about it. We called to ask about it, and their response was "oh yeah, we forgot to mention that, but there's nothing we can do about it". They refused to replace it or offer a credit. Super unprofessional.

I was so lucky to be referred to this company and I will be using it again in the future! I absolutely love this company. Karina has helped me twice and absolutely turned my apartment into a glowing place where I'm actually happy and feel comfortable to live after really trying hard and failing at making my place not such a dusty Sandy mess! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone and they are extremely attentive and well staffed.

They make sure that they are in contact with you and send you a reminder text as well as are very understanding when you need a little extra help. Naked clean is wonderful and I really recommend it to everyone especially Karina! She has such a lovely personality and works her butt off to make sure my dirty apartment looks sparkling! I am so happy!

I found these guys after a failed attempt to hire Tidy, and I'm so glad I did! There was a bit of a rough start due to the answering service they use during the periods when their office is closed, but from the time I spoke with Veronica at their office, until the completion of my cleaning, it's been 5-Star service all the way. I used to spend 2-3 hours every Saturday cleaning my place. Now, I can enjoy my weekends off, but still get to enjoy having a spotlessly clean living space.

And for a very reasonable price, too! As for Covid protections.they wore masks the entire time, and I feel my place is probably safer from Covid now, than it was before they came. I am very happy with the service I received, and have signed up for cleaning every 2 weeks. I highly recommend Naked Clean!

My husband and I wanted to get our condo professionally cleaned before we brought our newborn baby home. Blanca and Edith came and did a wonderful job! They worked so hard to get our home clean. We enjoyed the whole experience so much that we have signed up for repeat service every four weeks.

Great service - they pair you up with a local maid (or multiple) and take care of all the logistics. Pricing is straightforward, $40 per hour per maid. You can pay via credit card as well, which is always a plus! They gave me a solid estimate and stuck to it. The maid who came was Marilyn and she was fantastic. We asked her to do as much in 1.5 hrs as possible and she did the entire kitchen (including appliances), plus a master bath and a guest bath. Very satisfied with her work!

Sweet caring cafe. Yum. The Chai was great and the gluten free pancake without milk was light and tasty. Lindsey was a sweet server.
