I recently had my AC installed and vents cleaned by north port. My service technician Nev was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. He answered any questions that I had and did a fantastic job! My experience was top notch. Called the office to make an apt. and the next day crew was sent out to the house and everything was cleaned and taken care of. We had a fire in the house so all the ducts, vents and ac was cleaned from top to bottom. Very courteous and professional service. I would recommend you guys in a heartbeat to everyone.

Eric was amazing. I asked questions and he answered all questions and did not dimiss them. We've had some some creepers work in our ac before that were not affiliated with you guys. Well be sticking with your company for years to come. Everyone should follow Eric's example.

I have installed 2 AC with them. One 3 years ago and another just a few days ago. Good service and very reasonable prices. Steve always makes the whole process really easy and Ali the technician they sent in the last installation was professional, efficient and explained everything about the new equipment.

NorthPort went above and beyond my expectations! I used them a few months back to clean my air ducts and they did a great job then so I decided to use them to install a new AC system. They tech they sent out Ali and Tyrell were professional and efficient and the PM Steve was just completely awesome no one missed anything! I will never use any other service!

Today I had Such a awesome experience with this company my technician name was Ali. My condo air condition went out and I was Left with no a, c for 6 days and was told it had to be replaced, Ali came and replaced my inside unit, the outside unit, my thermostat, and also the breaker, I was So shocked that he had to do all this work alone but he got it all done and literally saved my life, he worked extremely hard at my place very professional made sure he put material down for my carpet and also educated me about this new unit and some great steps on taking care of it I want To say thank you so much for sending Ali please give him some type of bonus a extra break or something he was just that awesome!

I just had the best experience with North Port heating and air. Jeff, my service technician was able to quickly and professionally repair a wire that was cut by my lawn pro. Within an hour of my call he was at my house and diagnosing the issue. Not only did he promptly fix it, he also gave me a lesson on how air conditioners in general work. Which I thought was fascinating! And, he also gave me tips on how to save on future energy cost Thank you so much Jeff and North Port for your outstanding customer service!

Great experience, got great advice from them over the phone and from the technician on site. I needed to have a receiver air dryer replaced, and moved inside. I had an older quote for the work from them and they honored it. They setup the work for the next day, super fast. Eric the technician was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I would ask for him again. He appraised the situation, told me what and how long it would take, and went to work and got it done even quicker. Great customer service and nice people to do business with. Reasonable prices and great service. Well done and thank you.
