Had an appointment set for 4/9 between the hours of 12-2 and was no showed. Wasn't even given a call to reschedule or reason for canceling. unprofessional business.

The technician was fifteen minutes late and didn't finished the job until an hour after my appointment window. He was too talkative and didn't respect my time. He didn't start the job until after he had been at the property for 45 minutes. The carpets came out good but I may have paid the extra $50 to go with another carpet cleaning company.

I have used this company for many years and they have done my mother's home as well. They can get out stains that I didn't think would come out. Very good job. Medium pricing. I called about 5 cleaners and these guys were straight forward with the process that they use and did not try to overcharge me or upsell me on anything. The Scotchgard was included for a very minimal cost. Again great job. Thanks guys!

These folks are very honest, courteous, and answered all of my questions. They were prompt, professional, and really did a GREAT job on my carpets! Their prices are really reasonable, and they did not try to upcharge me on anything! They even showed me how to prevent future carpet problems!

I had an emergency last minute and the Texas Steam Team was able to provide same day service which was amazing! No other company that I called was able to provide same day service. They were very friendly, affordable, and efficient!

After being stood up the previous week, we received sub-par service. The technician that came out was less then professional. His shoes were undone, and he had a large wad of chewing tobacco stuffed in his cheek. We hadn't noticed that at first, but when he proceeded to start on our floors for the pre-treatment process, he began to drool as he talked to us.

And as he waited for the pre-treatment to set in, he took the time stop and show us pictures of his burnt foot, and the kind of dogs he wanted. It was only then when he noticed he had a bit of drool hanging out that he wiped himself clean and spat into an empty water bottle. At one point, he nearly lost the wad while talking to one our exterminators that had inquired to how much longer was he going to take to finish the job. Thankfully he quickly recover himself, but not before everyone here had seen.

That is completely unacceptable and gross! No one should be smoking nor chewing tobacco while making a service call. It is unprofessional, and disgusting to watch when you are attempting to instruct, give direction, or asking questions of the vendor. Do it on your own time, and not while on a call. Once all was said and done, the floor was okay for the most part. We understand all stains can't come out, but we never plan to use this company again.

Pat was SO amazing! He went above and beyond our expectations and was very pet friendly to our puppy! He works super hard and has a such a professional and friendly demeanor. Our carpets look great and I will most definitely be a customer for life! You rock, Pat!

Texas Steam Team is the Best! I was amazed at the work these guys have done for me. I thought I would have to replace my whole house of carpet, but Texas Steam Team saved me thousands! They were professional, honest, and did above quality work. Recommended to anyone searching for quality carpet care.

Excellent staff, service, and prices! This was the second time I've had them in my home, and they're always on time. They kept me in the loop on their arrival time and it was really convenient.

These guys were great. $130.00 for 5 rooms. Super job. Steve and Pat were the technicians. They were courteous, and efficient. Much better that Oops Steam or Coit. Oops cost is $600 for same job + "urine stain treatment".total rip off. Thx Michael Berry. Go with the Texas Steam Team.
