This company is a joke.my business partner and I spent just about $30,000 cash on a rig that took 7months to build. Never got any updates, we always had to call and was always told "at the end of the month". Finally, as it got closer to being completed they wanted to charge us more because the "vender" went up in prices after we signed and agreed to our pressure washer.
You would think after paying nearly $30k CASH that we would have this amazing rig that shouldn't have issues. We were wrong, WAY wrong! The plumbing that they installed was a absolute joke.no check valves were installed, the soft wash pump bypass hose was only 4' maybe in length when it's suppose to be 25'. All the fittings were brass.we didn't even get all our hoses that we paid for.
We had to call and complain several times just to get them. The reel swivel has never worked. No filter was installed from the water tank. No downstream hose installed. These guys didn't know what they were doing. Instead of having good customer service and fixing the problems, all they wanted was money. It's always been about money. Do not do business with them! Don't give them your hard earned money!
