B Clean Windows

Unfortunately, the service provided by Paul started out on a bad note. He quoted our job, then when he arrived stated that it was underquoted. He said it should have been quoted $100 higher. Even though we didn't have to, we offered to split the difference. When he finished the job, he left one window unclean, stating that the stain from the a/c drippage would not come off and we would need to replace the window.

In addition, he left large black stains on our freshly painted window frames, which required scrubbing with a Mr Clean eraser to remove. Virtually every window frame was left in that condition. When I notified him, he told me our windows were very dirty. What did I want him to do? When I told him what we had to do to remove the multiple stains on the window frames, and that some will need to be repainted, and that I had removed the stains on the window he didn't clean, he did not respond. I have not heard from him since. We will not use him again.

Paul did an outstanding job cleaning our windows, removing gunk left over from painters overspray and just making the windows sparkle. Sort of a high-def result on our windows, we can see our beautiful back yard much clearer now. Thanks Paul! Service: Window washing

Paul and Shawn cleaned out my clogged gutters and cleaned the inside and Outside of my windows. I couldn't have been happier with the job they did! Both these guys arrived on time and moved all the patio furniture out of the way before they got started. Washed out all the debris in the gutters, and they made sure that water was running easily through the downspouts.

Then they got to cleaning the windows and left everything perfectly clean and tidy. This is a property that we own in Frisco and I highly recommend Paul and Shawn if you're looking for thorough, professional workmanship in the area.

I'm really surprised they have the ratings they have. The owner Paul finally called me back after I left two messages and a request on his website. Without seeing my house, or counting my windows, he told me the quote would be around 320 dollars. I said great, why don't you come by an take a look so we can get a quote. He said I am really busy and I don't have time to come by there.

He then said I just gave you quote and laughed and said, you know what, I hope you find someone to do your windows. Not very professional at all. Unless you are surviving off referrals, good luck getting future business treating people like that.
