Great response for move-in prep on dirty tile & grout sealing. Admin support was pleasant & accommodating for scheduling of pre-work quote, cleaning & grout seal appointments. I called archer and the young lady that answered was very nice and informative. When the gentlemen showed up they were very detailed in their work and even helped me out with a present my new puppy left under the bed. I would recommend them to service your home. Excellent service from beginning to end Mary! Mary answered the phone and all of my questions. They scheduled us in and, as they promised, called ahead of their arrival and arrived on time. Paul said he had 20 year experience and was super thorough and honest while we walked to 2nd floor that was to be cleaned. He certainly under promised and over delivered.
Most of the stained areas are history and the few ink spots are lightened, a lot. Our bathroom tile looks new again and everything was done below what we were expecting. Great service, will recommend and use again! I did not take before pictures, but we actually thought our grout was dark grey! (Eww, right?) But it now looks new!
