I was super impressed with my first-time service with Carpet Repair and Cleaning. I just moved into a new home and requested a cleaning for the bedroom carpets, which had some stains and wear and tear. The stains are now gone, and the carpet smells fresh and looks amazing, just like new. Tony was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I appreciated his insight on the type of carpet in the home, its resilience and how to take care of it. I would highly recommend their service and would call them again for future cleaning or repairs.

Excellent service. Reyna in the office gave me a detailed overview of their pricing and procedures before I even decided to use them. Then their technician Jose was very friendly and professional, and he did a great job repairing a rip right in the middle of my carpet. I got quotes from 2 other contractors and they had terrible customer service compared to Carpet Repair Houston.
