Great job on our carpet. My only wish is for them to make sure we get the most for what we pay. They arrived earlier than schedule and I was not ready. So they only did two rooms but charged for the three room requirement and I bought additional services.

This company is a scam. They called me numerous times for a $99 special and when they show up today, the estimated cost was over double. Then the driver was irrigated because his ticket stated tile job, yet I told him that I asked for an estimate of the tile work after the 3 room special. The price per square foot was more expensive than the quoted price over the phone and he driver was not happy that I reminded him of the 20% discount and he said that he would have to call to verify.

After I questioned the price not being the same as quoted, the driver left without doing the job. I have blocked these scammers and crooks from calling me again. They are deceptive in their advertising.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Poor customer service! I scheduled an appointment to have my carpets cleaned on a Friday. I called to confirm my appointment they can't find me in the system. Re schedule for next Wednesday. I prepared again for my carpets get a call an hour before the scheduled appointment to tell me no one can make it out to clean my carpets and can't work me in for another week.

DIRT FREE is always our go to when we want our floors clean thoroughly. It's not ever a time they have disappointed us. Sad to say, l can only afford the specials when they run them. otherwise, Dirt Free is truly awesome in the carpet. Upholstery, and floor cleaning business. A company you can certainly trust to get it done and done right. Thanks Dirt Free!

Although they are closed on Saturdays, they have a very efficient answering service on the Saturday I called. After a call back to me and learning about my situation they set me up for a next morning (Sunday) wet carpet evaluation and extraction. Justin did an excellent job and we managed to save the carpet and padding. They have other home services I plan to use.

Do no ever use this business! They are so shady. They took our rug to be cleaned while our house was under renovations. They returned someone else's rug to us, which was nasty, and they have completely ignored our calls and emails trying to rectify this situation! They moved their business and will not reveal their current address. We paid $495 for nothing! They are a disreputable business. I wish I'd have checked the BBB before using them. They have many complaints against them.

Great customer service and friendly technicians! I am a first time home owner and this was my first time using a carpet cleaning service, I will definitely be using this company for my future carpet cleaning needs. Five stars!

Had an appointment for a carpet cleaning today. my wife called and set it up. 45 dollars per room for 3 rooms and they were gonna look at my small shower and see about it. well they arrive over an hour late and then the gentleman said he was just there for a quote! are you kidding me. he had no equipment to do any cleaning. my wife let the man do his sell. $400.00 dollars to clean the shower and an extra 200.00 because we have pets! no thanks. what a dissapointment. i had used them once before and was not charged anything extra and they didnt need to do a quote first. i orderd the job and they came out and did it. no longer.

I never write reviews, however this company has outshined themselves. We thought we were going to have to replace our carpet after we flooded because of the dirty water. NOT TODAY! Dirt Free came out to our homes and literally put a whole new life to our carpets. Tyler, our technician also said that they did tile & grout cleaning. WOW I had no idea how dark our grout lines had gotten. We will be using them for all of our services in the future!

I don't think I have ever been treated so poorly in my life. First of all I paid to have my rug cleaned promptly. That didn't happen. They kept my rug for months and then when I tried to get it back an employee named "Sherri" was extremely rude and wouldn't schedule the appointment. She kept talking over me and then hung up me several times.

She refused to pass me to a supervisor. Granted they still have my rug and my money and won't return it. Don't use these people. I'm thinking of suing them. Very unprofessional and extremely rude.

Dirt Free has been my go to for any carpet, rug, couch, and really everything else that needs serious deep cleaning in my loft. Jason, Tyler, and Mandy are so helpful. They are honest too. They won't try to oversell you on bs that doesn't need to be addressed. The estimate was accurate. Not having carpet in this new place has been a blessing and a curse.

Pet dander, hair, and of course accidents don't have many options to run to. The shag rug and couch needed some love! The guys grabbed the rug. Steamed cleaned it onsite. Gave it a protective coating and brought it back in. All under 30 minutes! Definitely worth the money! Thanks for the help!

The work performed on the kitchen tile floor was not very well done. 200 sq ft plus sealant costs close to $400. I didn't mind the price but was expecting a much better return for that cost.

Danny and John came out and pulled of a miracle. I am amazed of the work. Merry Christmas. I expected for them to come on and tell me they couldn't do it. They did a good job

Mike is incredible! A real miracle worker on my 13 year old carpet! I am so happy with his work and will only use Dirt Free! I definitely recommend them to everyone!

Please stay away from this company. I have had the same experience as many of the other reviewers, the carpet cleaning is good but the pricing and how they almost bullied my wife into getting additional services is extremely out of line. I call three times to complain and all three times I was told the owner is the only one that can authorize partial refunds but he only works on Tuesday mornings.

Never heard to the guy and I will never use this company. I've heard them for years advertising on the local AM stations, let me tell you l, don't be fooled. STAY AWAY FROM DIRT FREE!

DO NOT USE DIRT FREE, absolutely the worse customer service and carpet cleaning ever! Over an hour late, representative argues with you and the carpet cleaner was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Never offered to put fans down, this was an in and out rushed job. I will never use this company again.

Worst carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. These people are complete hacks. Do NOT go for the up sell. You get nothing more for the money. They quoted $120 for 1 bedroom, stairs and small landing. Total price with "necessary" add ons was $487 and when it dried there was a 2'x3' brown spot in the middle of bedroom. Most I have ever paid and the absolute worst job I have ever received.

Paid $1600. for clean floors and this is what I got. I have someone already cleaning the mess they left me and when I called them to complain they want me to let them come do more damage. The guy that came to estimate the floor cleaning told me how long and involved cleaning my slate would be. He was there less than an hour and told me I would need my painter to come back a remove a couple of small paint spots. I thought that's what I was paying him to do.

They say a Pictures says a 1000 words. 19 years of Kidz, pets, etc. Unbelievable! Couldn't believe it. We were about to buy new carpet now that the kidz and pets are all gone. When Kerry said let me try it. I told him knock yourself out. It knocked me out when I saw what you are looking at in the below pictures. Through personal adversity, Kerry still came out and performed what was a 2 man job on his own.

He stuck it out and wouldn't leave until we were satisfied paying attention to every detail. All I can tell you is: "Ask for Kerry!" Never met Kerry until now but a great friend for life now! Very personal and the main thing is that he is someone who CARES about what he does and for others! Sincerely Don

Two guys show up and one says they didn't know it was the 4th floor and didn't bring enough hose. I had gone to a lot of trouble setting all furniture I could in the kitchen. Then they say can't give me a price until they start spot cleaning so they go to the truck and pull the hose with more than enough to reach my apartment. One guy cleans an area. Asks if that looks good.

Now they give me a price including $60 for dragging the hose up three flights. I call company to ask if that's true and it is continually busy. I said forget it. They pull everything back to the truck. I get ahold of the company and reach a guy who waives the $60. Now they have to drag the hose back up the stairs again. As one guys cleans the other guy gets real friendly.

The whole pitch sounded like a con job from the beginning. I was not impressed with the light cleaning they did. I didn't say anything. I just wanted to get rid of them. Think twice before you deal with this company. Use a known reputable company.

Wonderful carpet cleaning experience. They called to give me updates as to their arrival time. Tyler was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing. I'm very pleased with the outcome of his work. Carpet looks great now.

Consumer alert: never use Dirt Free Carpet Cleaning. I spent almost a month trying to get them to make things right after they came out and did a horrible job, without success. They strung me along for more than 3 weeks, then failed to do what they said they would. Lesson learned: if someone comes to your house and there's any doubt about the service, DON'T sign anything.

They told me to sign it and then promised to make it right, that the signature just showed the technician was there, but they LIED. That's what they give to the credit card company if you dispute the charge. I tell ya, I didn't feel safe not signing it. There was just me and this big guy. I didn't think it would go well not signing. Feel so naive and deceived.
