Bob has spent over 30 years in the HVAC industry with a long list of certifications in Lennox, Beckett burners, Trane, Carrier, NCI Combustion Testing, and NCI Air Balance. He enjoys getting to the bottom of the most technical issues. He has also a college degree in business. Wood working is a hobby of Bob's along with spending time with his service dog Sir. Bob is a dog trainer and also enjoys weekends in Pennsylvania.

Westley was great, on time all the right parts ordered and installed quickly and he didn't leave till he explained what was done and what we needed to do to keep the unit in top order. We were told by another company the unit was broke and could not be fixed and we need a new one at a cost of $7,000 plus. Westley came and did a total check up on the unit, all we needed was the computer boards in the unit and it was about $1,500 which was total with labor and parts, great for our community.

Of course my air conditioner stops working as soon as it's hot out, which is more of a problem this year since I have a two-month old baby. I called around to find someone to come take a look at my unit and other places only had availability later this week. When I contacted WK on Facebook, they asked me a few questions to try an diagnose my issue (to make sure it wasn't some stupid easy fix).
When it became clear that it wasn't an easy fix, they had their admin office call me on the next business day. Once they did, they were able to have someone come take a look THE SAME DAY, which was a relief! Prior to the technician's arrival, they texted me a photo of the tech and his bio, to give me a heads up as to who was coming into my home. Warner showed up and quickly got to work diagnosing my issue.
He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained the issue to me in terms that I could understand, while giving me several options for solutions. We ended up opting for a full system replacement, due to the age of the unit. Then WK had someone out the next day to inventory what parts needed to be ordered. All their documents are digital, which makes them look really professional. Plus, their admin person is very friendly and helpful if you ever call them. As long as our AC installation goes well, I'd definitely recommend them and use them again.

We like WK Mechanical because they are readily available. The people are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If we have a question they don't hesitate to answer. Michael D was our service man and came on time. He was personable and very thorough with our maintenance service. When finished he explained everything he did. WK Mechanical came to my house to repair my furnace, however I discovered that I would need a new furnace because my old one was not repairable. WK Mechanical gave me a good price on a new furnace and I want to tell you that they give great customer service add their prices was very reasonable. WK Mechanical have a great installers Hector and his companion were great.
They were very knowledgeable and considerate and very neat. I will use WK Mechanical again when I need heating or cooling work done in My Home. I would give them a call if anyone needed a good repair or replacement items for the Home.

Buying a first time home owner is a bit stressful. So finding out we needed a new water heater as we are moving in added to the stress. But Warner was very professional and understanding. He and Mike did a really good job installing the water heater. The price was good as well. Would def be calling them for future maintenance and repairs.

Dan was here way before scheduled. He called me before he came. Was professional, work protective plastic on his boots to not mess up the floor. Diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue and took the time to explain to me exactly what happened. I was impressed with the overall responsiveness and ease of scheduling. My wife is pregnant so it was important that we got this addressed today and they did. Thank you all so much especially Dan!

WK Mechanical is a exceptional company. From scheduling to completion of tasks the employees are kind, friendly and professional. This time we had Michael D., he called to let us know he was on his way, arrived on time, prepared, worked efficiently while answering all questions honestly and completely. We did miss Bob, but were pleased to meet Michael. WK Mechanical has been there for us through emergencies, replacement of equipment and yearly maintenance. We would not use anyone else.
