Once you've placed the items that you want cleaned inside the locker, use the last four digits of your phone number on file to lock the locker.

Love American cleaners but very disappointed in the change of hours. Had hoped they would go back to normal now that COVID is decreased. I now cannot drop off any clothes in the mornings before work because they don't open until 8. I use to be able to get my work pants dry cleaned same day but now they can't do that. It's disappointing because I always justified the price because of the convenience.

Starting using American Cleaners back in September after being a Gilman's delivery customer for 15 years and I have never looked back. Got tired of Gilman's excuses as to why they never picked up dropped off. American Cleaners have been nothing but professional. Love the text messages that let's you know when they are picking up and dropping off. Also like the clothes tracker. Daniel our driver is nothing but professional and courteous. Nice job. I dropped my coat off for a button repair and dry cleaning. They cleaned the coat and didn't repair the button. They actually damaged the button further. I called and they said to bring it back and they would repair it while I wait. I told them I would come the next day. I did go back the next day and was told that no one could fix it that day. I explained what happened and the man behind the counter stared at me like a deer in the headlights. I had to take my coat somewhere else. I won't be back. They were too expensive anyway.

I recommend if it's your first time there u demand a quote and be aloud to pay upfront. I asked 3 times if I could just pay now because I wanted to when I dropped off, guy kept saying pay when I pick up. So I didn't know the price per lbs until I got it on Saturday. 80 lbs of laundry for wash and fold were $160 Dropped off Wednesday was told pickup Saturday. Saturday morning was told pickup was at 5 and they close at six. They did expedite to get me on my way out of state and I do appreciate that. Clothes and linen were cleaned professionally and folded with care.

I used American Cleaners to clean and preserve my wedding gown and I am very impressed! My dress had many grass stains from my wedding being outside and they got all the stains out while maintaining the integrity of the dress. The gown was preserved and boxed beautifully. I really like that I can look at the dress without opening it, through the window, anytime I want. Excellent service throughout! I would recommend them to anyone looking to clean and preserve their wedding gown.
