My employer contracted Brouwer Brothers to clean the air ducts and the carpets in our office. We could not be more pleased with the work they performed. They are clean, courteous and the carpets look amazing. Jerry was goes above and beyond. From the morning call to let you know he's on the way to making sure your pleased with the work performed he is always so pleasant and polite. I will be calling them to do work at my home!

Great company to work with. Jamie in the office is very thorough and explains everything to you. I used the company for repairs needed in my home and Alex and all the workers were great. They are very reasonably priced and do great work. Very respectful when in our home. 5 stars! Its hard to find great contractors that you can trust, but they do great work.

Both AC Walton & Jerry Spencer did an awesome job, the carpet & area rugs were cleaned vary well. They were both pleasant to work with. Your guys also cleaned our dryer vents and Jason Umentum was very helpful and they all did a great job. I had the most charismatic lady stop in our office, loved the Queen of Clean, we toured the property. She couldn't be more knowledgeable and offered some truly spectacular suggestions on Feb 25th. Upon departure informed us how excited and great it would be to assist us. She called us after afterwards that someone would follow up for an estimate. We never heard from anyone at Brouwer Brothers Steamatic corporate office.

How disappointing to have never heard from the corporate office. The Queen of Clean went out of her way and provided superior customer service. We went in a totally different direction. Thanks immensely for the spectacular service Queen of Clean.

Omg where do I begin?! These guys are the bestess! Very professional, courteous, punctual, honest, friendly and just all around wonderful. I had a leak and needed to find the cause because it was my second claim! Steve came out, assessed and made his recommendations and the next thing I knew, his crew came and handled the mitigation smoothly. Omar, Miguel, and a couple others (don't remember their names) were swift, yet thorough.

They protected my floors and windows! They made absolutely no mess at all. They removed 3 and a half ceilings in my home and I never had to leave. I'm mostly impressed at how my bathroom doesn't have a scratch as they removed the ceiling and put plastic up there for extra protection. I was sad to see them go and I've never said this about any company ever in life. Omar & Steve kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you so much for a job well done. Love, Annetta.

Unfortunately we had a water pipe burst in the kitchen at 8:00 PM on Saturday. After I shut off the water I called Mindi Newman. Calmly Mindi said call my company and we will fix the problem. I called at 8:15 PM and spoke to Amanda. She said she would have someone out first thing in the morning. Omar and his crew showed up and told me the process that they were going to go through.

He said he was going to do three things: 1) Dry out the house, 2) Work with my insurance company to coordinate every step 3) Impress me. They did exactly that. For the next few days Emanuel, Omar and Tim showed up every morning at 9:00 am sharp to check on the fans that they installed and the dehumidifier. They took readings on the humidity levels in the walls and floor.

By the end of the week the house was dry so they removed their equipment. They worked with my insurance company and took pictures. Even my insurance adjuster was impressed with the detail of their work. YES Brouwer Brothers did impress me. Thank you Mindi for connecting me with your company. They did a great job especially during a challenging time.

Couldn't be more pleased with the services provided by Brouwer Brothers following a sewage backup. The entire team at BB's are extremely professional, respectful, punctual and truly care about the customer. A special thank you to Alex Cisneros on the reconstruction team. Alex was available for questions 24/7, couldn't have been more polite and didn't stop until we were 100% satisfied. All around, a fantastic company and group of people. Highly recommend.

I recently had my home rugs & 2 Sofas cleaned by Brouwer Brothers Steamatic. I was very happy with the job Technician Jerry Spencer did on all. I have used this company before & also had the opportunity to have Jerry provide our service then too. He is very professional in his work & his personality shows his commitment to his job. Brouwer Brother's BEST work was completed yesterday at Britton Budd Apartments on 501 W Surf in Chicago. They cleaned our building garbage chute and we want to share to ALL that we appreciate the work and everyone in the building is pleased.
