Ok I get my carpet cleaned every year and used Gene last year and this year as well. This is by far the BEST carpet cleaning I have ever used. Gene got out stains I thought were impossible to remove as another company could not get them out. I highly recommend his service will use no other company especially since he is an independent small business owner.

We at Super-Steam try to clean every Carpet to the best condition that is achievable. We clean 5 houses a day on average with one of our trucks so 1 bad review doesn't show the quality we put in on a daily basis, based on yelps review system.

Had an appointment. Didn't show, tried calling 3 times. Left messages each time during hours of operation listed on their website (all before 5 PM.) No return phone call. Still. Recommend going with someone who values their customers.
