He cleaned all the carpets that were requested plus an additional thick rug. He was very professional but also personable and my carpets look great! We fully endorse this company. We were curious to see how their system worked. We knew that they owned one of the highest quality truck mount machines around (The butler system) Preston came out and met us at a residential home so we could inspect and review his methods and equipment. We were very happy with the results. The level of quality his machine operates at was very impressive and out performed anything we have ever seen.

His timing was very good. Carpets looked brand new afterwards and they were surprisingly dry. The chemicals he used were extremely environmentally/pet friendly.
