RHCC was excellent! Nevin was very quick to respond, was very polite and friendly to interact with, and I guess what everyone wants to know, did an amazing job cleaning the carpets/stairs. As I'm sure many of these reviews start, my 2 1/2 year old son got his hands on a bottle of pink/red nail polish and proceeded to dump it out in the most artistic way possible (IE everywhere), on our 10 month old light beige carpet. My wife and I were upset but decided to call a professional as I was sure we would make it worse trying to do anything to clean it ourselves.

I jumped on google and Red Hot carpet cleaning was the first result, with an amazing rating. Reviews were great. After visiting their website, I was able to schedule online without any hassle. I even sent them a text asking about what services I should select based on the carpet disaster. I received a prompt response on what to select and the likelihood of getting that out of the carpet.

Two weeks elapsed and Nevin promptly arrived just before our scheduled time. His scheduling system sent us a text saying he was on his way. He jumped right in and took a look at the stain. He said he had a plan of attack and would keep us informed of the progress. About an hour later, the majority of the nail polish was out of the carpet. I couldn't believe it.

He found a chemical in his arsenal that worked and helped him remove the nail polish, but he would have to come back because he used all that he had. About 5 hours later Nevin called me back that his shipment had arrived and he could stop back over to finish the job. We were blown away by his professionalism but also his knowledge and ability to get this out.

I will be calling Nevin and Red Hot Carpet Cleaning in the future for any other stains or spills that I'm sure will happen and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They should be your first call when a disaster happens!
