I Do Windows

We've used I Do Windows for going on three years now and have always been happy with them. The crew takes the time to be thorough cleaning our gutters and interior/exterior windows, work by email/text/phone, and have great customer service. We call them a few weeks out from when we want them to come by, set a date/time/fee and the work gets done, no questions asked. We plan to continue using them for sure!

Andrew and Mike did a fantastic job cleaning my windows. Andrew reviewed the scope of the project with me in a thorough manner. He put on shoe coverings when he was inside my home. I was at Wawa this morning getting my coffee and several I Do Windows guys were there. Then 2 guys walked in and OMG the comments the I Do Windows workers were saying to them was shocking! I can't repeat here but let's just say couldn't believe how absolute vile. I watched them get into their vans and almost called the police on them. Not a well way to run a respectable business at all! Very scary really! I won't be using that business!

From start to finish, I am totally pleased with I Do Windows. Prior to their coming out to the job, Chris answered all my questions. Chris responded to my online request for a quote immediately. I texted pictures of the windows and he googled my home to arrive at a price that I thought was fair considering the height and size of the windows. The guys arrived within the time frame. They needed a brief explanation of exactly what I needed done because we were only doing part of the house.

I had just had the house painted the year before so there were paint drops on the windows, a wasp nest, loads of grime, and they took care of all of that. They are very obviously young college guys, but I felt like they were professional.

I have used I Do Windows for power washing and to clean the outside of our windows. In both instances the crews arrived on schedule, were very professional and above all, did a great job. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again. For the services provided, I found their prices very reasonable and also like the various service options they provide.

Use this firm for house washing at your peril! The wash browned all my flowering plants. When I called to mildly suggest they notify people this could happen I got tremendous arguments from owner Jonah. Said things like - a few brown bushes don't matter when the house is clean, that the damage didn't look so bad to him. All I wanted was acknowledgement and all I got were arguments. Wanted to know what I had done for a living that I knew about customer service.

He was just awful to deal with. Never experienced anyone like him in business in my life. Avoid avoid avoid. I later found out from my neighbor that he saw the washing tech directly hit several of my bushes with spray. Now in the time if this pandemic ruined flowers are hardly important, but who needs to deal with a difficult business owner who ruins your property and then argues with you about it?

OK, so these guys absolutely killed it. Great job, totally professional and beat a competitor's price by a mile. Will 100% call on them again soon.

Very poorly run company. They broke our window and refused to fixed it! The window is literally shattered. They employ polite, college students, but the owners are terrible. Prior to leaving our home, the overly apologetic employees promised our window would be fixed and that the owner would contact me within 10 mins. No contact from the owner other than a rude, accusatory email implying it was our fault!

I reached out to the owner and still not a single apology and still trying to blame us, saying WE were lucky his employee did not lose his finger. He offered a resolution - they "might" come out this week and measure the window to send it to a fabrication place, but he didn't really know how to fix windows, just clean them. My husband inspected the window when he got home and both panes were shattered and needed a new casing.

We tried the next day to contact the owner again and request of certificate of insurance. When my husband called he was told it was OUR negligence and to never call them again or they would get their attorneys involved and hung up on him. Is that really how you run a company? Their FAQ section of their website boasts about never having an insurance claim in over 20 years. Now I understand why - they just screw over there customers instead of remedying them.

We had the outside of our windows and doors done for the first time ever. We've always done them ourselves, however, now that I'm getting older, I decided I'm not hanging out windows anymore because I cherish my life too much. If we had NEW windows and they tilted in for cleaning, that would be a different story. Soooooooooooooo, we hired I Do Windows, Inc. on the recommendation of a friend and we are sooooooooooooo happy. They did a fantastic job (and I'm pretty particular) and I would definitely use them again and again. You will NOT be disappointed.

Nothing shy of professional. Anthony led the crew (but not sure if they needed to be led. One was as polite and respectful as the next guy). They showed up when they said they would and got to work with boot covers and all. What I appreciate most is I never felt like I had to watch them. I knew immediately they knew what they were doing. They were wiping down the windowsills after they cleaned the glass.

They took care of removing the screens that were left in the windows and they put them back clean! I strongly recommend this company and specifically this crew. Thank you Anthony.

We used "I Do Windows" for our office. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. The employees who did the work were very friendly and got the work done quickly. We were very pleased with the work and the price. The windows have never been so clean. They even got parts clean that other services told us weren't possible to get really clean without special solutions that cost extra (and didn't really work). I would highly recommend.

Today was my first experience with I Do Windows, but I definitely plan to use them again in the future. Jonah and Chris in the office answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable when I schedule the job. The crew arrived on time, and the four young men were courteous, professional, and pleasant. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned over 30 windows (inside and out including screens and sills), plus sliders, and door glass in less than 2 hours without any mess inside my home. Mason, the crew chief, clearly knew his business.

He was familiar with the tilt mechanism for those locations where the windows were not accessible from the outside, checked each window before starting, and made sure all was restored to how he found things (locked, drapes and blinds reset, furniture re-positioned) when the job was done. And the pricing is extremely reasonable.

I dealt with Jonah to arrange cleaning of my windows, but Chris and his team came to the house to complete the work. We had I Do Windows service our house a year ago and I was looking them up to arrange another service in the near future. We were extremely pleased with their service. Jonah scheduled the date, the crew arrived promptly and were very efficient in completing the job. We live in a Toll Brothers house with large window areas in some rooms, screened windows in others. Our experience was they did an excellent job and would definitely use and recommend them in the future.
