The guy whose name might be Gary came just now on mother's day. He was in the area and very quick to respond I'm so happy I called them I was going to have another place do it but the kid came by and looked and gave me a few excuses I think he just wasn't in the mood to do the job today so I'm glad I called this place as they were here to do my mother's last week upstairs which was also the tub backed up you did an excellent job I am happy that I called them I highly recommend always calling them for anything that you need prices are great also thank you so much I'm very happy will keep your number in my phone you were recommended by our plumber sincerely Debbie from Everett

Jason responded to a tenant's apartment at 10:00 pm. He accurately troubleshooted the problem and got a fix in place to help the tenant. Awesome job. Previous plumber couldn't clear clog but recommended rapid flow. Rapid flow sent someone within the hour and cleared the clog in no time. Giovanni did great job, real professional, cleaned up area before leaving and very courteous.

Mark and team legit saved my condo. They came in and uncovered the true source of smell and where drain flies were coming from. Due to this we found out that there was a plumbing line issue. This saved us a ton of money from a competitor that was pitching us an expense fix that would not even have solved the underlying issue at hand. Can't recommend these guys enough. They are fast, and reliable.

This company needs to be your first and only choice to get the main drain cleared out. Had lots of roots per video inspection. Peter worked very hard to clear the main drain. He withdrew about eight pounds of roots. A dozen worms were in the pile. Final video showed the drain perfectly clear. Also, he was the first person to ever tell me were the main drain location is in the yard. Been here since 1995. Thank you Rapid Flow!

On Wednesday 27 Jan 21 on Walnut ave in Roxbury, 2 guys from this company got into a verbal confrontation with a lady an knocked a phone out her hand.

Rapid Flow was amazing! I called and they had someone come out to look at the driveway drywell immediately, the same day. Peter, who answers the phone, provides the best service. He's super responsive, polite, and an all around joy to talk to. He dedicates so much time explaining everything to you as well as ensuring that you have everything you need. I can't thank him enough for his patience and willingness to help! Will definitely be using them again for my next plumbing issues!

This is my first time writing a review for a company but the quality and level of service provided by this company is more than enough reason to do so. I had a blockage in my main sewer line that no amount of plunging or drain-o could fix. Roto-Ruter man snaked it and told me my pipe was broken and it would cost me $2500 to fix it. Jason from Rapid Flow came out after I dug the pipe and worked it the right way and didn't leave until my water was flowing clean and easy.

On top of that he charged me more than $100 less than the crook I called first. The moment he arrived and told me "we'll fix this" I was at ease. His care and professionalism is a testament to himself and this company. I will never call another company to do any work like this again. Rapid Flow, 5 stars, Thank you!

These guys have been great in the two times I've needed to use them. Each time they've responded quickly and been able to resolve the situation completely. I needed to have Boston Sewer come so I could apply for the Lateral program and Rapid Flow returned to highlight the issue. Can't recommend them enough.

Great service. Called at 7:30 in the morning and the tech was onsite within two hours. Jason was professional, friendly and explained everything he was doing as he did it. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Couldn't clear the clog in the main drain line and walked away from the problem. Told us we had to dig out the concrete. This was totally wrong. The cleanout was not buried in the concrete. I had to call another company who got the job done.

My Friend Ingrid had a clog pipe she called 2 other companies and they tried to trick her saying she need to change all of her plumbing. When she called Rapid Flow Mr. Elvis Dzuzdanovic was honest and professional fixing her problem in less then 15 minutes assuring her that the pipes didn't need changing. Apparently no job is too big or too small for Rapid Flow, quick to respond and concise about what they're going to do. Even when the job ends up being more complicated than you described and they expected, a solution is ready and quickly applied, without nickel and dime additional fees. I didn't have an emergency and they still got to me same day!

Yup. another emergency in East Boston and Rapid Flow came to my rescue again! I honestly don't even know how they can be so good. really, I don't! They came out immediately and diagnosed my problem. the next day they had a whole crew at my house before 7am on Friday! Talk about Rapid! They orchestrated everything so quickly. permits, equipment, soil, gravel, a police detail and the BWS inspection. all in less than 24 hours.

The owner of the company was even on site. Some of them were there working until 8pm! Not only are all their workers competent, but they are so nice and respectful! This is such a top notch organization! It is so awful when you have a need for emergency plumbing services. but they really take control of the situation and put the homeowner at ease. A truly amazing group of people.

Rapid Flow is very professional, diligent and efficient. I recently had my sewer lateral relined in my house in East Boston. I believe Rapid Flow is way ahead of the curve and possesses the most advanced equipment and experience in this relatively new technology. Rather than having to dig up the street and replace the sewer lateral, the lateral, if not too far damaged, can be relined.

Mark G led the team, which took about 2 work days about a week apart. The first day consisted of sending a camera down the sewer and clearing the tree roots, debris and identifying the cracks, misalignments, etc. The second day consisted of a re-examination of the lateral and then installing the new lining, which had to be specially ordered. Rapid Flow took care of obtaining the permits and approvals from Boston Water, which was very helpful and accommodating.

I cannot overestimate the professionalism and expertise of this company. I believe the job would have cost thousands of dollars more if I had to dig up the street because my lateral was approximately 107 feet to the City's main line.
