Paid $295 to have new townhouse cleaned. Space was empty and wanted to have it cleaned prior to moving in. No cleaning was done. Floors were not cleaned. There was sticky residue of cosmetic products in bathroom drawers. Dried urine on toilet. I sent pictures to the owner who did offer to come clean the floors. No refund was offered. Ended up cleaning everything myself. Just put the money. Lesson learned.
