Critical: Responsiveness I want to say that Jennine is wonderful in the Dartmouth location. My complaint was not about her at all. It is about the hours of operation and you should bring Jennine back to Dartmouth. We love her.

Washing and cleaning, the facility is nice and clean, Kelley does an excellent job.

It was my second time there first time in a long time the employee on shift was very helpful

Overpriced, and miserable employee (Wm. Canning Blvd, Fall River MA location). An unemplyed, homeless guy (and customer) was sitting in his car, using the shop's wi-fi. The overzealous employee told him he needed to move, as he was taking up spaces of elderly folks. He moved to the end of the strip mall in front of a vacant store. She returned, threatening to call the cops.

He left, but she called them anyway. A month later, he returned, but on the side of the end of the building. She told him to "Get a job you piece of shit, " proceeded to berate him, until he said "God never sleeps!" and left. A call to owner Scott Nanfelt, and an email to mgillett in the Fr De Valles Blvd offices accomplished NOTHING. In my personal opinion, owner Nanfelt and Customer Service person mgillett are just as bad as the heartless employee.of course, in my personal opinion. Vote with your dollars. Fall River Laundry helps the homeless through Hearts of Hope in Fall River. Delken does not care.
