Terrible customer service. There was a question about services rendered and pricing. Keith, the owner, was unwilling to listen to my side of the story and accused me of trying to cheat him. He was actually yelling at me on the phone. I have NEVER had such a negative experience when dealing with anyone in any type of professional situation. I do not recommend using his company.

Repco technician cleaned gutters and pressure washed the house and patio for the second year. Excellent job. He worked hard for hours. Really took the time to do it well taking special attention to scrub black mold off white window trim. Knows how to pressure wash without damage to property. Last year Repco cleaned windows as well. Better prices than similar companies. Keith is pleasant and prompt with quotes and info. I'll have them back again.

Great Company, Removed etching from windows of our historic home. Representative came out right away, gave reasonable estimate, and followed through exactly as promised. Cant say enough good things about this company.

Keith and his workers did not disappoint. I called to get quotes for gutter cleaning and his was the best. While visiting to assess the work, he noticed a need for quick roof repair and his quotes were very reasonable. He worked with me every step of the way and communication was easy. He returned calls and showed up when he said he would. They did a great job and left the area cleaner than they found it! I will call them again when it's time to clean the gutters. Keith and REPCO were awesome. I contacted the company to get a quote for outdoor window washing, soft pressure washing my porch, and cleaning my gutters. Keith was prompt to respond and came out quickly for a very reasonable quote. They day they were schedule to arrive, they were early and quickly went to work. His staff was friendly and professional.

My window and porch look fantastic and although there isn't much you can say about gutters, they did a great job. They cleaned up prior to leaving and did a really great job. I will not hesitate to hire REPCO again and I would gladly recommend them to my friends and family.

Great service throughout the process. Super-fast response to an online request for quote, followed by a next-day visit, and we had them on-site the following week. Work was performed very thoroughly, and I'd highly recommend them.

Keith and his team did a great job pressure washing and cleaning windows, and I will certainly use them again. First, Keith gave me a quote quickly and his pricing was understandable, unlike other quotes I received. They fit me into their schedule and showed up on time. They carefully pressure washed, and scrubbed areas when needed, to avoid damage to paint and wood. When inside, they wore shoe covers and were careful when moving furniture. They were very careful with our storm windows. All in all a good experience

Great experience with Keith Prather and his company, REPCO. I requested online quotes from several different companies and he was the first to respond to my request and survey my property for an estimate. He also had very reasonable prices - on the lower end of the spectrum, but not so low that I was worried they would do a shoddy job. I called him with a small concern after they finished their job and he offered to come back out the next day and fix to 100% satisfaction free of charge.

Keith Prather at Repco did 3 things at my house: (1) remove moss from the roof, (2) repair some loose shingles, and (3) clean all windows inside and out. The company was professional from the get-go. Although Keith wasn't out at my house himself (at least not for most of the work), he did keep tabs on the team, e-mailed me progress reports, and checked with me after the work was completed.

The team worked very hard, and while it seemed to me they took longer to get the work done than they had planned, they seemed very conscientious to me and didn't try to rush it at the end. The team was polite, informative, and helpful. And they did a great job on all 3 projects. I would rehire Repco for future jobs at my house.
