Brittany Maids is a local family-owned business with a 32-year history of success in providing high quality maid service. Prospective employees are carefully screened, including a background check, before they are hired and trained. Employees receive a minimum of 2.5 hours of training each week. Consistent training expands their knowledge of products, new techniques, equipment, safety and health, and customer service.
The Brittany Maids team will clean with your individual needs in mind and on your schedule - for special occasions or on a regular schedule. Richard is very rude. I definitely got a racist vibe when i spoke with him and that rubbed me the wrong way about this company. No wonder they only have 3 stars

Be warned - they steal! We have been using Brittany Maid Services for 3-1/2 years. On the last service two weeks ago, one of the maids partially emptied a coin jar I have and took the money. Not a huge amount, I estimated $80 to $100 in coins. I contacted the company and the owner stated his employees denied the theft and all he wants to do is argue the amount that was taken - not even an apology.

Due to the random nature of the coins (nickels, dimes, and quarters) in the jar, it is difficult to be exact, that is why I gave him the estimate. All I wanted was an apology and restitution - now he refuses all my contact attempts. You have been warned - use them at your own risk.

By far one of the worst places to work for the owner is completely racist I felt like I was on a freaking plantation even woman of color that's been working there for years agrees that he's a racist person but feel stuck working in there in order to provide for their family I feel sorry for them if they only knew they make that company and it's really not that hard to start your own cleaning company they really should branch out and do their own thing you don't get different results doing the same old thing Brittany maids is a dead zone and they should really want more for their selves then bieing in modern-day slavery as for myself I can truly see the importance of an education especially for a woman of color I never want to feel the way Richard made me feel ever again PS. I'm keeping my braids and Wakanda forever

I have used Brittany Maids for 15 years. Until recently, I had few issues. The business under Lori was run with professionalism and courtesy. But problems with my most recent appt and the way it was subsequently handled was an infuriating disgrace, as was my phone call from Richard, the owner and a more recent presence in the office. I have had a standing "2nd house of the day" appt for cleaning every 3 weeks for several years.

More recently, that time commitment has slipped to later and later in the day. I count on the Brittany team keeping their time commitments, so I can keep my time commitments that day, as well. Of course, there are times when something unpredictable happens, but it shouldn't be the norm. Last Friday, I was expecting a team to arrive around 10:45-11:30 am (usual time).

When no one arrived by 11:45, I called and spoke to Richard, who told me the crew had left their previous job 20 min earlier. I asked him to contact the team and let them know we needed them to be finished by 1:30 so we could leave for another appt. FORTY FIVE minutes later, still no one had arrived. I called back to see if there had been a flat tire or car accident.something to explain the absence.

But there was no explanation and no apology by Regina (at Brittany). I had to cancel the appt. Monday I call the office to follow up on the incident (no one at Brittany had called me) and spoke to Richard. Instead of an apology or any words that would lead me to believe that my 15 years as a loyal and consistent Brittany customer mattered, Richard was rude, condescending, argumentative and frankly, absurd.

I have never dealt with a more immature, defensive, rude owner or manager. ZERO customer service. After many questions on my part, Richard ultimately stated that his crew had defied his directions to not stop for lunch, but to finish work at my house first. Yet, somehow, instead of apologizing to me, the customer, he was argumentative and defensive.

I finally realized that the time of customer service and professionalism under Lori's management was gone. And the new management was no longer running a business I could feel comfortable financially supporting.

Brittany Maids service is inconsistent. Some teams are above thorough and others are just average. I, however had a problem with management and their "customer, no service". I don't think that the management values the their customer base, especially when it comes to being flexible. Why is it MY problem if you are short of help and can't offer other solutions? Sorry. if you want to spend money to be treated like dirt by this management. be my guest.

Have been using Brittany Maids for several years. They are always friendly, prompt, professional and do a good job taking care of my house - which is always covered in dog hair when they arrive.

Brittany Maids are very professional, reliable and always do such a fantastic job. This is particularly challenging to do living in a condo and having a dog. I spend years trying to find a reputable home cleaning service and was thrilled to find Brittany Maids. Always appreciate Laurie (Office Manager) for the service reminders and flexibility when I have to move my dates/times on occasion. Thank you Brittany Maids! You save me from hours of attempting to clean my place.

I have used Brittany Maids for four years. They come once every three weeks. i am very pleased with the service they provide. They are punctual, dependable, professional, efficient and positive about their work. If I need extra attention to certain areas, they are happy to take care of those areas.

WE have been using Brittany Maids for 2-3 years for a monthly cleaning. They are fantastic! on time and do a great job. I always love coming home that second Friday of the month as I know our home looks great!

Very satisfied with their service. They have been cleaning our home for a few years now and have never had any major problems. I am always at home when they come so I am able to instruct the cleaners upon arrival on my preferences. Lori, their office manager is very efficient and my very few grievances have been promptly corrected. They are always on time and have never missed a date unless I canceled in advance.

I have used Brittany for about 5 years and they are extremely reliable and easy to work with. I travel and often need to reschedule my days and they are always pleasant and cooperative. I have had a number of crews and all do a nice job.

I have a very small apartment that I rent out. Brought them in, for what I thought should take 2 people less than an hour (it would have taken me an hour, by myself). It took them 2 hours, the equivalent of 1 person for 4 hours. Shame on you, Brittany Maids. I tried to get an estimate up front, but times could not be co-ordinated. Shame again, on you Brittany Maids. I will NOT be using you again.

Brittany Maids has been cleaning my house bi-weekly since July of 2012 (7 full months). I've only had the same team of cleaners twice or maybe 3 times in that period. Each time, I have to explain to the cleaners what the layout of my house, what they are cleaning, etc. They are never familiar with my house. Their arrival time is also highly variable - they are supposed to arrive between 1-2pm but are frequently as late as 2:45 (with no phone call) and have been as late as 4pm once.

There is never an apology or explanation rom the crew or management regarding these late arrivals. The quality of the cleaning is never above ok. I admittedly have a large number of animals (which they knew when they were hired). However, they do not adequately vacuum the furniture to remove the pet hair (no removing cushions or even cleaning in between cushions).

My kitchen cabinets are white and they also generally fail to wipe them down adequately. In general, I think their work is aiming to LOOK clean (from a distance) rather than actually be a thorough clean. For $135/every other week, I frankly expect more. I fired them today and have hired a different company. We'll see if the new company can do better.
