RestorePro came to Norfolk Southern Bellevue and did an absolutely outstanding job cleaning the carpets. I am extremely happy with the crew. I had to re-house train my dog and when I finally got that done task done I had to conquer getting the smell of urine out of the house, I worked on but still would smell urine & even though I could not find the source anywhere. I called Jon & he told me of the service they offered, I instantly knew this was what I needed.

Worked with RestorePro to have my ductwork cleaned after a major remodel, during which the contractor failed to cover the floor vents. The crew arrived promptly and explained the process and answered my questions prior to starting. They were polite and friendly as they worked. The following day, I had my carpets cleaned. The equipment and service vehicles were spotless and the crew was professionally outfitted. I felt SAFE having these workers in my home!
