A Clean Sweep Services

Provided an in home consultation and was told I would receive a written estimate by email the following day. I did not. Reached out several days later and was assured I would receive it within 24 hours. Again, I did not.

Great response from management. They are on time, very efficient and have done a great cleaning job each time they come. I have tried several other cleaners, and A Clean Sweep in competitively priced, even lower than 2 others I priced. Great job!

Not sure what's up with this business. I wanted an estimate so the owner said she'd come in person to my house, we scheduled it, then she said she couldn't leave her office and had to come an hour later. Wasn't a big deal at all so I said okay. She came, all seemed good, she seemed nice. Said she would email me with an estimate.

Never got that email. I gave it time but never heard from her. I ended up messaging her and she just never replied! I even saw the "read" receipt. How about some courtesy? Doesn't seem professional at all.

Carla runs a great cleaning business and has affordable pricing and will work with you to fit your needs. Her cleaner are respectful and get the job done. I love Paul and Tracey they had wonderful attention to detail and also cleaned the house to my expectations! They also worked in a quick and timely manner, which is so nice since I'm a stay at home mom with two small kids. They also were so sweet to my animals (2 chihuahuas and nosey cat).

I have used A Clean Sweep for several years. They are professional, punctual, friendly, and do a great job cleaning! I could never get my bathrooms as clean as they can and the clean smell they left behind was heavenly. My dogs also loved when they came, because they gave them such great attention and treats! The team here do a really excellent job. I consider myself pretty good at cleaning, but they really knock it out of the park. They know their stuff and do it quickly and efficiently. I've never hired a cleaner before, so I had some trepidation about bringing in people I don't know to clean my house. This I found was a completely unfounded worry as they were really great people. I can't recommend them enough!

Oh my gosh, so many good things to say about Carla and her company. She was prompt to reply to my Yelp inquiry, great at keeping up with our email correspondence, helpful on the phone in regards to what I wanted cleaned in the house and giving me a breakdown of the cost and the time the team would be arriving. As stated, a team of 3 arrived on time with smiles, ready to tackle my embarrassing home.

I waited up in the master bedroom with my dog and once the job was finished I came out to a lovely smelling home, sparking floors, no dust and fresh carpets. Family owned and operated, they do a great job. Carla and her team are so friendly, and very competitively priced. They did a one time deep clean on my house and it was spotless.and I checked under every nook and cranny (having hired bad cleaners before). They even cleaned the vent on my stove, I didn't even know that was possible! I was so impressed that I've decided to hire them for ongoing service.

After much online research, I decided to call Carla at A Clean Sweep. She answered all my questions and offered to come do a free in-home estimate. Carla was extremely friendly and professional. Since about mid-September, A Clean Sweep has been cleaning our house every other week. I LOVE coming home to a spotless house on those days. They get every nook and cranny. Carla has been great to work with and responsive to any questions or concerns we have had.

It's refreshing to find a locally owned company that still adheres to old fashioned values. This small business was started and is still run by a woman born and raised in the area. Carla believes in a job well done and her customers being happy. Nothing is better than word of mouth from a loyal customer! She will come to your place and give you an estimate personally, even though she has employees that could do that for her. I am very happy with her level of professionalism and my sparkling clean house!
