Total Window Cleaning

Total window cleaning quoted me $410 price to clean my windows at a property I am selling. After they said they were done, I was billed $675. Some of the exterior windows were not clean. The owner was rude and aggressive and clearly not interested in honoring the agreement. Terrible experience!

Our house is on a pitched plot of land so even though we have a 2 story house the rear of the house is actually 3 stories high. This makes for some difficulty to get to the upper floor windows. We called Total Window and got it scheduled. They did a great job and we thought why didn't we do this sooner. The windows and screens came out so clean. Top notch business and highly recommend.

They even removed some hard water stains that have been there for years. Super happy with the service and will definitely be using Total Window Cleaning next spring.

Michael and his helper were the best! While my home is slightly out of their service area, he kindly agreed to take on my window cleaning job. Also, he was the only contractor to get back with me at all, and it was even the same day as my inquiry. They showed up on time, with a great attitude and got the job done efficiently! Michael was very thorough and educated me on some issues and tips about my windows as well. My windows are so sparkly clean, I don't want to put my blinds back down! I would highly recommend them!

You should call Sunshine, Michael and Zack today! I was able to schedule quickly; and they expertly and quickly did a most amazing job on my windows. I live on the second floor of an apartment building; management has not cleaned the windows in almost two years. it was making me crazy as you don't really realize how important a clean window and view can be to your mood.and yes we have all spent a little extra time staring out windows this past year!

I'm very relieved Michael and Total Window Cleaning took our odd job. We bought an older house with a very large old storm window that was dirty, fogged in, and hard to see out of. I had no idea what was involved, or that many window cleaning companies would decline cleaning old storm windows. But these guys had time, took the job, and made it work.

It was not easy! They got the storm window off, cleaned all panes inside and out - and got the storm window back on and secured (an even more challenging job). It made such a positive difference in our living space and we are so grateful (see that before/after pic). Would definitely hire again.

We had never used this company before, and asked them to clean a number of downstairs windows in our home. They quoted us a price, which we paid, and the amount charged was a lot higher, without any explanation for the increased amount. We added on no windows to the order. Also, the quality of the work done was below expectations. They had a big team working on our house, and they did it quickly, but after they left, we noticed that all windows were washed, but not dried. We now have streaks on one window. It would have helped to have a better quote for services rendered, and it would help to dry the windows to avoid streaks.

I first used Michael and Total Window Cleaning five years ago and WOW! What an awesome company. I had the most moss covered driveway in Portland and Michael meticulously worked on it for hours until it was completely moss free. He and his crew paid the same kind of attention to washing my windows, cleaning my horribly dirty gutters, removing moss from my roof, and in general making my house look amazing. Michael is a wonderful person to deal with, professional and accommodating.

He obviously takes pride in the quality of his work and in his company. I've used him since and continue to be very impressed. Five stars isn't enough for Total Window Cleaning. They need at least a six and probably seven stars. Highly, highly recommend.

I have used TWC for 4 years now, Michael and his crew always do a great job. They are on time, professional and courteous. He was also able to fit me into their schedule 2 days after I called. I plan to continue to use them and will refer them to friends/family. The before/after is pretty remarkable, it's like I have HD looking out my windows!

Michael and his crew were amazing. My work travel schedule is very erratic, so I never know when I'll be home. I called during a holiday week and with only two days notice, he fit me in to his schedule. The other 5 companies I called said it would be 2+ weeks. but Michael made it work for us! His quote was reasonable and they did an amazing job with some very difficult and high windows. I will definitely be using Total Window Cleaning again, and most likely be calling them again for gutter cleaning. Super impressed!
