From the first phone call to the confirmation call to the actual cleaning, we had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so professional and polite. We had a few puppy stains that I thought would be impossible to remove, but they were successful in getting them out. They also used a deodorizer and left me with a bottle if I needed to use more (at no additional charge).

We had our sofa cleaned, an area rug, and carpet in our hallway and bedrooms. Very reasonable, kind, professional, prompt, and explained everything they had done and instructions for after they were gone. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I have used Williamsburg Carpet & Upholstery for the past three years and I always have excellent results. This year, our carpet had acrylic paint stains as well as a mark from an iron that I thought was permanent. Ross came over and somehow was able to remove all the stains and I felt like I was in a brand new house! He is great at explaining everything and he goes the extra mile for his customers. I highly recommend them to give you the cleanest carpets!
