Conscientious Carpet Care

Kristina and Alyssa arrived on time to clean our carpets and did a good job. We also had our tile and grout cleaned and sealed in the foyer, kitchen and two bathrooms. We called Conscientious back to have these redone because we couldn't see any difference in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom grout. They were happy to send their tech team out to redo these rooms which we appreciated. Kristina had different cleaning products of various strengths to use, and at our request used the strongest which was acidic. However, she wasn't going to start with the strongest one which I don't understand.

Since this is the 1st time I've had this done I would ask next time to please use the strongest product on a 20+ year old floor the first time you clean it. This might have saved Conscientious Carpet from having to come to redo the job. *Note* - Kristina noticed a sticky residue on areas of the tile in my foyer the first time. She did remove some, but not all of the residue. I don't know why she didn't use a stronger cleaner (acidic?) to get all of it out.

Yesterday was our yearly carpet cleaning day with Consciousness Carpet Cleaners. As always it was a pleasant, efficient experience. Kristina and Alysa arrived on time, cheerful, polite and ready to work. They are very pleasant, upbeat and equally important very, very efficient. They listened to our questions and concerns and then began to work. They worked quickly and efficiently.

Within an hour our wall to wall carpet was clean and ready to dry! They did a great job. And they are such pleasant and polite young ladies. THANK YOU! You are great. We appreciate your service.

I have had 2 different companies clean my carpet. The third is a charm. I have lived in my house for 20 years and have several pets. My carpet has never looked and smelled so good. This is not the first time that Conscientious Carpet Care has done work for me, and it will not be the last! Their team kept all of their commitments (time, results, pricing) and made the entire process easy and convenient. I purchased a new (to me) home that had been neglected by the previous owners - we did not want to move in until the carpets had been thoroughly cleaned. Conscientious met my scheduling needs and arrived to do excellent work for me. This was not an easy job - but their expertise exceeded my expectations. I cannot make enough positive remarks about Conscientious - thank you for the amazing results!

Mr. Scott was so quick to respond. We had bleach stains and within a week they're gone. You can't even tell that they're there anymore. He was super professional and gave us advice for future carpet care. By having him dye the bleach stain to match the original heavy traffic carpet, we saved over a thousand dollars in not replacing the whole floor.

We are so happy with the results and highly recommend his services. If you had a bleach accident, Conscientious Cleaners will straighten it out quick, fast, and in a hurry, yet not to the detriment of professionalism and quality repair.

Just had a doggie stained and smelly expensive oriental 10X14 carpet cleaned and I do mean cleaned. Home carpet extraction cleaners and even truck mounted companies failed to get the odors out. While during COVID it took a bit longer than expected to get it returned, the carpet looked fresh and even when putting your nose two inches fm the carpet on the floor no and I mean no doggie or other odors were present. Super job.

Amazing people and amazing company. I had a "bleach spot" where I was over zealous in cleaning a pet stain. I had it patched with the exact same carpet that was there but it was incredibly obvious. I was beside myself and called Scott Zimmerman. He sent Ashley and Dakota to come rescue me. They performed a miracle. I mean it. Can't see where it was patched! My house is going on the market tomorrow and they saved me from having buyers frown at my patchwork carpet! Great service and such professional work!
