I needed a simple deck resurfacing done and they nailed it and were very easy to work with. I told him I wanted to save some money and he was totally reasonable and suggested I do the Power washing myself and skip the spindles. The deck looks wonderful. Customer service was excellent.

Frank Jager is a consummate professional who took his time to hear and understand the work his firm will be doing for me. His confidence and old school work acumen made it very easy in choosing his company. I have many quotes from competing firms, however I felt by using his firm I would be getting the best possible work done for the money I was spending. And I was not wrong. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

An honest review of Jager Landscaping after dealing with them for the last two years I would give them 1.5 stars: -They do a 'good' job of basic lawn care/maintenance. But so does everybody else. They are overpriced for the additional services you receive (fertilizer way overpriced, bug control, etc.) If they hear you sneeze too loud you'll be charged for that because it affects the grass! -Their customer service leaves much to be desired.

They will nickel and dime you. In an arena where there are hundreds of landscapers, quality customer service is paramount. I can't speak for all but in my experience they lack a basic understanding of customer service from how they talk to a customer, to making contracts and not fulfilling what is in them. This happened a few times and I overlooked it but most recently confirming an e-mail about a contract where THEY said services would begin in October for fall cleanup only to be told it would be in November.

The explanation was that I had to now add another type of service along with it (more $$$) and that was out of the blue. Just two weeks prior they confirmed October again! When I sent them back their email with the contract and pointed out where THEY put n/a next to the additional service they said I needed to have all of a sudden, there was still no explanation If it were due to COVID or something reasonable then I could understand, but to go back on a written agreement is bad business! I guess business is so good that they have too many customers and chose to short me on my services.

Jager Landscaping is extremely professional in there work, I have made several searches when looking for a landscaping company. They came in reviewed my requests and made it a very easy choice. The entire team from office staff to the guys in the field are all professional and when they are on site they are all respectful and when the job is complete is amazing. I initially called looking for an estimate on some basic landscaping work and was questioned if I had received other estimates from other landscapers. I said yes. Obviously this is standard practice for any consumer. The person on the line then had follow up questions such as, "Am I just going to choose the contractor with the lowest price?", and, "How would I determine who I choose to hire?". Honestly, these questions have nothing to do with why I called. Ultimately, I will hire the contractor who I think is most qualified with the most reasonable price. Nonsense questions.

Well after informing this individual of the above, I was told that the work needed to be confirmed, and I would receive a call back. Ten minutes later, a call back notifying me that they do not do work in my town, despite doing work in every surrounding town. Guess this was the first time work in my town had ever been requested. Can't comment on their work but initial phone call was odd at best.

I've used Jager Landscaping for various projects. Frank is quite knowledgeable and gives solid advice. They also cleaned my roof. It was done while I was at work and when I saw it for the first time I actually thought my husband decided to go with a new roof instead of cleaning it. It looked amazing! Love this company!
