I would not use Porter's Remediation Service for a few reasons. They did not get rid of the mold in my apartment. My family was sick and not once was I told that I should not live there while remediation was being done. I was told my apartment was off the charts of black mold (toxic) and my bedroom was the worst. At the end of the remediation the Porter company did not test my bedroom.
After one year of being truly sick I moved out because I heard from neighbors how sick they were. Also, the company said the problem was created from the upstairs apartment and yet when the tenants moved out Porters team did not remove any sheet rock, floor boards or anything large removed from the apartment. Porter's owner watched as the rain from the broken drain ran into my bedroom and still tried to insist it was from upstairs.
The owner is a nice guy but as far as caring if the remediation was complete not sure that is my worry. He got paid to do the job and not one word of caution. I moved out after a year because among all the other symptoms I found I could not get dress in the morning because of hands in pain and not moving.

Porters Cleaning Service provides a large variety of services and is always prompt, professional, and provides excellent quality of their work! They do everything from Carpet/Furniture/Drapery Cleaning to outdoor Power washing of your deck/patio/outdoor furniture, to Flood restoration, Mold abatement, Re-Construction and much more. During our house sale the inspection revealed mold in the attic.
Since we had used Porters Cleaning services in the past for our carpets, we gave them a call. Unbelievable! They were at our house the next day and over a few days, the removed all the mold, thoroughly cleaned the affected area, and provided us with a completion certificate. The attic looked better than new construction, and the closing proceeded without a hitch. Thank You Porters Cleaning Service!

Porter's cleaning service did a great job removing mold in my basement closet. Joe came out to do the estimate and was very thorough explaining the process. Ivan /Mike finished the job in 2 days! We were happy with the price and the outcome. I would definitely recommend them and use them for other issues run the future.

To be honest, I have never even heard of Yelp before until my daughter brought it up today. I decided to come on an review a few of my favorite businesses in the area. I can't believe I am the first person to review Porter's Cleaning Service. This company is as good as it gets for carpet cleaning. They are a small, family-run business that has been in NJ forever. I've been using them since I bought my first home in 1992. Joe, the owner is completely accommodating, and if there is ever an issue he makes sure it gets resolved. I've only used them for carpet and furniture cleaning and flood services, but I know they take care of mold issues. I definitely suggest them to any in need of one of the services they offer. Way more dedicated to their customers than brands like Stanley Steamer. Five stars!
