Ace Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Terrible experience try to fix a leak twice, third time tried several times to reach and did not respond.

I am moving into a new home and there was some water damage in the basement. I called ace based on a referral from a friend. Tal came right out And was very methodical and clear about what he saw. There was no visible mold whatsoever in the home, but he suggested that I still run an environmental air quality check which was a very good suggestion, because there was previously water in the basement and some mold you can't see. Thankfully, the test came back negative. these guys are really good at what they do. Highly suggest Ace for anything to do with mold.

Seriously 5 stars! I was told I had to replace my Berber carpet in my basement. I was told the stains from years of untreated old spilled red wine. grease, dirt and my kids play makeup from years ago would never be lifted. I was quoted $1700 and up for new carpet and knew I couldn't afford it & had a renter coming in a week. I took a chance and called this company and spoke to a woman ( can't remember name) but she took time to talk about my situation I sent her pictures of carpet and she even offered reasonable pricing on their carpet warehouse if it came to that.

She was straight forward, upfront and said she couldn't promise the stains would come out but explained her crew was around for over 10 years and they would do their best- so I took a shot. It was $250, which could have been a waste of the carpet didn't clean up well- she sent her two guys out the next day- they arrived on time in a professional marked vehicle and were so professional and awesome.

The main guy was confident he would get most of the stains out and after 2 hours of working hard with stain removal treatment & cleaning. EVERY SINGLE STAIN CAME OUT except the small green slime from my kids over 6 years ago that was embedded. These guys left me with a 13 year old carpet that looked brand new and smelled amazing! I am so pleased I had to write a review. Thank you guys! You saved me a lot of money.

A great service to clean our moldy basement after a record wet summer. Tal and staff were very responsive and stayed in touch throughout the process. The work crew was excellent, friendly and helpful as well as thorough and neat. Finishing the job with an air scrubber was a bonus over other services. Thanks ACE!

Tal came across as extremely trustworthy from the time he arrived. Explained the potential problem, offered multiple solutions and was very transparent about pricing for the different option etc. One important aspect for any expert in their field is that they listen to you and Tal did just that with great patience. I would highly recommend Ace for any kind of air quality concerns for the home.

I worked with Tal and he was amazing! Our apartment had a HUGE mold issue which he was able to remediate. He worked with our property management company to fix. He and his team worked really hard to salvage most of our furniture and personal belongings. I found him to be very honest and trustworthy. We're back in our apartment and couldn't be happier!

I called Ace restoration we had about 8 feet of water at our home Ace came immediately solve the water problem handle all the mold remediation extremely happy with the staff that responded quickly and efficiently I recommend them highly any type of flood damage control

I called Ace on 2 separate occasions. The first time they came right away and tested the spot I thought was mold. It turned out not to be mold and I was very happy with the service. Recently I found what we thought was mold in the bathroom. Since Ace was honest the first time I called them in again. Unfortunately, this time I did have mold. We hired Tal to do the remediation and remove wall.

They were very courteous and reliable. They did a good clean job. When tal came back to inspect job he felt it wasn't complete and we didn't get what we paid for and came back and fixed it. They are good clean easy reliable and honest.

I called Ace at 5 o clock in the morning when I got home from vacation to see 3 inches of water in my basement. They were there within an hour, got rid of the water, and left me drying machines. I had my insurance adjuster come to my house to find out that he suggested cutting the walls to prevent mold, luckily Ace was able to do all of that for me as well as putting it all back.

I was extremely happy with them for three reasons: 1. They actually pick up the phone when you call them 2. They did great work and did everything from start to finish so I did not have to start calling different contractors. 3. Ace worked with my insuarnce, they literally took care of it to the point where I didn't even have to get involved with the billing at all. I would definitely recommend them, we also got a coupon from them in the mail so we used them to clean our carpets and couches upstairs.

Great company with professional knowledgable employees. They were prompt for our emergency cleanup and did a thorough job. Very fair prices compared to some of the other companies. Highly recommend this company, will definitely use again!
