Had a last minute need for upholstery cleaning after a renter moved out and we had another moving in. Kia in the main office was so wonderful in getting us squeezed in. The guys that came out lugged their 300-lb machine up two flights of steps to get the job done for us and did an amazing job! Highly recommend! Had my tile floors steam cleaned - excellent result. The white tile was especially sparkling. Staff was focused and polite. Knowledgeable in explaining the process and expected result. Price was discussed before the work started.

I hired healthy homes to clean the carpet, tile and mold in the shower. The carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction. I took pics of the shower and areas of grout that were not cleaned as well as a couple of thick white paint-like streaks that were on the bathroom room floor that were not there prior to the job they were hired to do. I called the company to inquire what that could be.

I asked if perhaps they nicked the trim and painted leaving paint on the floor. I was assured that they did not. On closer inspection I saw that the door trim had been damaged and apparently a chunk of wood was gone and to cover up the damage, a caulking gun was used to fill in the gap. It was a poor coverup. I took pics and demanded the trim be replaced.

This was a time consuming event on my part as it took 3 attempts to get it right. The trim was an inch too short first time, the second time the trim didn't match the other door trims. I was told that trim wasn't made anymore. Untrue. I found a company that makes it. Healthy Homes didn't want to pay the cost according to the handy man hired to make the repair.

The repair was eventually done to my satisfaction but the agreement I had with Healthy Homes to come back and complete the work I paid for on the tile and shower were completely ignored. I requested a refund for work paid for and not done. Healthy Homes have ignored my emails and phone calls. I would not recommend this company. I take some responsibility for leaving my condo while they were working unsupervised. Offered the two techs to help themselves to drinks in the fridge. Cola coffee and flavored seltzer I came back to six drinks gone.

Not a big deal, I offered but thought they took advantage of my hospitality. I felt violated by the cover-up and as a result of my experience with this company, will keep a close eye on anyone hired to come into my home. I have pictures of the damage done to the trim and pics of the work not done if anyone considering this company would like further proof to stay away.

In our current home, we have used Healthy Home exclusively to clean our carpets for 15 years, and in a prior residence, for at least 4 years (as best as I can remember). They do an excellent job and really will take the time needed to properly clean your carpets. I appreciate the friendly and personable nature of their technicians whom take pride in the quality of their work. Also, I really value the pleasant smelling and green cleaning solution they use to clean the carpets when considering my asthma and allergies. I have never had a problem with it even when remaining in the home while the carpets were being cleaned. I will use no other company to clean my carpets.

Absolutely stellar service! We had Cory come out and deep clean a sofa and love seat. He was courteous, punctual and a pleasure to do business with. I am highly impressed at the quality of cleaning done today. Definitely will use this company in the future!

The technician was prompt and professional. He was able to explain the cleaning process and shared before and after photos while working. He was even able to get out some stubborn stains that we had given up on. The furniture and carpets look great. We are extremely pleased with the results and will be a repeat customer.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I called because I had a mold issue in my upstairs bathroom. The owner came out and told me that my exhaust fan vent was stuck in the open which was allowing hot air into the bathroom. The fan is located on the second story soffit. They sent a technician out without a ladder long enough to reach the soffit even though I reminded them about the location of the vent when they called to confirm the appointment.

Not only did they not replace the vent, but they were also supposed to fix or replace my dryer vent and clean the duct. They did nothing. The technician started to leave and I asked what they were going to do about my job, he said the owner would be calling me. It has been a week now and I still have not heard from them. I hired someone else to take care of it for me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I hired Healthy home to come in and clean my air ducts, dryer vent, upholstery, rugs, tile & grout and hardwoods and I just want to say they did a wonderful job. It was a two day event. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. Hats off to Chance and Joe who did the floors and upholstery the second day. It was almost a 10 hour job and they did a wonderful job, only taking a break for lunch.

Very hardworking young men. My tile and grout look like new! They also included a sealer for the tile and grout and a protectant for the rugs and upholstery. In addition, they accommodated my request to have these things completed before my company arrived. A very nice, dependable company that delivers what they promise. We are very satisfied with their work!

Called them. They showed up early. Price was ok. Results were amazing. Stanley Steamers did my house little over a year ago and no where as to the quality and service I've received from Healthy Home. I know why they cost an extra couple bucks. honestly the best I could as ask for from a carpet cleaner. I'll be calling back for my tile cleaning. Thanks Healthy Home and Matt for doing a great job.

Had Healthy Home clean my ducts, dryer vent and clean a rug. There were two different crews for these. The guy that cleaned our rug was great to work with and did a great job, was very friendly and courteous. Frankie cleaned our ducts and dryer vent and couldn't be happier. Very knowledgeable on the services and was friendly and courteous. They were recommended by a friend and I will also recommend them and was very happy from start to finish with their services.

Matt and Jose did a fabulous job. Our filthy carpet is so clean, our furniture looks great, and our tile is so much cleaner. They were delightful to work with, and we will definitely be calling again and recommending your to all our friends!

I dont need to write a review. Just go to the Horry County Courts webpage & look at how many lawsuits they have currently. They actually are trying to seize my home. You do not want to do business with these people.

We recently called Healthy Home to address water damage to the new carpets in our home. We were referred to them by one of their competitors (what better compliment) that could not fit us in quickly. Noah and team came out immediately to address the damage. We had no where to turn being new to the area but found great confidence in the staff / work of Healthy Home.

We would absolutely call Healthy Home first if we ever need their services again from cleaning carpets, water damage, duct cleaning, etc. Noah was great to work with on this matter.

Thank you for your response. My wife and I are condo owners at Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach and the appointment was made in her name. When the person arrived and told us the new price, he never explained that there were other packages, or offered us an alternative. On the initial phone call to your office, we were told it was a gold package and were never given other alternatives, but the quote was $140 - $160 for the service.

We only received an email confirming the time of 12:00 - 2:00 on August 9. You should really check your records before assuming I am making this up and have never used your services. You or your representative can confirm this. He was not planning on moving furniture and actually deducted 30% for the furniture. The result was the $360 quote with no other options.
