Our scheduling provides an approximate time your team will arrive but we cannot guarantee this as they may experience delays due to traffic or have been held up at a previous Client. They will usually phone you if there is a problem. Conversely they may phone you to see if they can come in early.

We can't be more pleased with Royal Maids. Donna, the office manager, is a great communicator and has a clear passion to make this a top notch cleaning service. Our cleaner Tiffany is professional, passionate about cleaning, and treats our home like her own. She has gone above and beyond. She is attentive to detail. As short-term rental owners we have seen continuous reviews about how exceptionally clean our home is upon arrival. We are thankful for the Royal Maids.

First off the owner Christine fires me for being a breastfeeding mother since I needed to pump every 3 hours for 15 minutes. That's to start. additionally This company should not be allowed in business. They are cheap and complete frauds. The owners are sloppy, disrespectful and have a continuous revolving door of staff. I've spoken to a few of the maids and they hate working for that couple.
They are treated unfairly and are paid below minimum wage. I would reconsider having them in my home. The owners wife had said multiple times you hated children including her husbands grandchildren but claims it's ok if you have them. That's professional! Seeing their reviews and ratings I'm surprised the doors are still open. DONT let the Royal A**holes in your home. You'll regret it!

This company ran by Christine and her Husband is the worst deceitful pair in business in All of south Carolina. She is Rude beyond words, cheats the girls pay thinking its ok since they are so desperate for work. Labor board is a phone call away Please dont hire this company I cant believe they are still in business. THEY REALLY ARE THE WORST I KNOW THEM PERSONALLY! BRITISH BIGOTS!

This is a terrible place. I walked in to see if they were hiring but "Queenie" as she likes to call herself, said yes but not you. I am sure it was due to the fact I had grey hair. So luck was on my side that day. My daughter later went to work for her. She hires girls/women that need a job so badly she treats them like crap. Very racist. Her husband isn't any better.
They often short the girls on pay. I am very sincere when I say do not use them. I wish the labor board would check on them. Thank you. 0 star rating. As a customer you won't see how she treats employees

I second a prior review and wish that I could give this company zero stars. I scheduled a free estimate and gave specific directions on how to get to my house because, unfortunately, my address and another address in the same town are very similar. The directions were not followed and the address was put into GPS and the gentleman coming to give me an estimate got lost, and because of this, was late to the appointment.
With that said, he apologized for the mix up and gave me an estimate well below others who came to give me a quote, so I decided to use this company. I called yesterday morning to set up the appointment and was told that their computers were just booting up and it would be best if she could call me back in 30 minutes. She called back 1.5 hours later.
I missed the call so I had to call her back and left a message that I would like to get this move out cleaning scheduled for Monday, July 1. I never heard back from them so I called again this morning. Upon answering the phone I was told that the reason I hadn't been called back yet is that they didn't have a time to give me at that time. The lady with whom I spoke said that the scheduler would call me back because they are working on this week's and next week's schedule.
When they finally called back I was asked for information about when I needed the cleaning done and who would be there (since we are moving out) and I gave it to her yet again. She told me that she would call me back in 15 minutes, 45 minutes later the manager/owner called and told me that she did not feel that she could take this job at this time and gave me the reason that she did not feel that they had time and she did not feel that the original quote that was given to me was the correct price, that it was too low.
I wish they had been honest with me up front and told me that they could not take a job that quickly. They also should not have people out in the field giving quotes to potential clients that are not able to be upheld. I would not recommend Royal Maids to anyone.

If I could do zero stars I would! It has taken me awhile to leave a review because we had our cleaning and then left for a 2 week vacation. I had all intention of having a good "spring cleaning" right before we left for vacation and come home to an immaculate home. Well. that was not the case! I was impressed and had high hopes when "the owner" Lord Raymond came to give me my quote.
It was everything I wanted and willing to pay the price. Well if he is indeed everything he proclaims, he needs to be more on top of his business. I had an entire bedroom missed, there was not floor to ceiling service done. I have come back to discover that things were not only not completed but there was dust bunnies pushed under large furniture. Raymond took pride in the "service they provide" well sir there is lack of service provided.
To top everything off as the ladies were leaving my house I heard "and she didn't leave a tip" No I didn't! You didn't deserve one! In case there is anyone that wants to dispute this. you do not clean floors with water! They used nothing but water to "clean" my floors.

Went in for an interview got the job told me to be their for training the following Monday and then when I got home they called an told me they changed their mind for me to not go in. Ray was nice. But the rest have very bad attitudes and disrespectful. Merry maids is so much better atleast they don't treat everyone like their the dirt they walk on!

I have worked in the cleaning business for a good number of years, and until moving to the Coast a few years ago owned my own cleaning business in Concord NC just outside of Charlotte NC. I can say without any doubt, that Ray and Christine who own Royal Maids LLC in Little River SC are owners that care about the quality of service they provide to their customers.
They ensure that their staff members are properly trained and supervised, and that each team that comes into your home is as professional and proficient as possible. The owners and staff pride themselves on delivering the highest level of service at extremely reasonable prices. I always receive excellent service and a thorough cleaning whenever I have used this company. Sometimes different teams of 2 have come to clean my 3BR 3BA condo in Cherry Grove. The cleaners always arrive on time and exceed my expectations. Today, I had the team of Terri and Gail and they were truly outstanding in work ethic and customer service. My condo looks perfectly pristine and my floors and sliding doors shine. My husband said it has never looked better! I highly recommend this company. The owner was able to schedule my cleaning on one day's notice. I'm a happy customer!

The very best cleaning service. I have been a costumer for many years. I call before I leave from NJ, my home is perfect when I arrive in Myrtle. I leave a key & credit card on file. Truly the most convenient serve. My home is cleaned from the ceiling fans to the baseboards & every thing in between. If your looking for the perfect cleaning service. this is the one!

In response to the Flynn's reviews; I was the team lead for your cleaning. I am sorry you are dissatisfied with the service we provided, but am surprised by the comments that have been left regarding the cleaning service we provided. In our defense I must point out a couple of key points. We at Royal Maids work each room to exacting standards, and will not rush through a cleaning just to be able to say we completed the entire home.
The three hours allotted was insufficient for the amount of work that needed be performed. Mrs. Flynn stated she did not do a walk through with me, however, that is incorrect. She did do a walk through and signed off on the cleaning. After Mrs. Flynn reviewed our work, she fully understood that we could not complete the entire home within the booked three hours due to the amount of work required.
We discussed booking more hours at another date to complete the undone rooms, and she agreed that a Bi-Weekly cleaning would be best. She agreed that this would have allowed us to complete the unfinished rooms and then perform every other week upkeep. Upkeep visits should only be 1-1.5 hours. Mrs. Flynn also kindly tipped us. Terrible! Please stay away from this company. We hired them for a "deep clean" since our life's are so busy and got nothing even near a simple cleaning. The owner came out to our home and evaluated the house and said it would take 3 hours for a deep clean. When the girls left, I couldn't even tell the house had been cleaned.just a quick wipe down.
They even checked off on their checklist that they cleaned the dishwasher and range hood, that we don't even have! My fault for not walking through and looking at details of the cleaning. They will tell you they could only do so much in 3 hours but not even dusting or cleaning floors?!?! That's unacceptable! The owner came to our home after we complained and admitted the job wasn't done correctly and said she would issue a refund. That was a lie also! These people does not care about their customers at all, find a company that will value you as a customer!

We are fairly new to Myrtle Beach, and I trialled a couple of residential cleaning services prior to finding Royal Maids. Ray and Christine are the owners, and know the business inside out. Christina is the office manager. All three are fantastic people, who know their profession. Ray came over to have a look at our home, and discussed the training program they run for their employees, which instilled confidence in us. Ramona and her team look after our cleaning, and I couldn't be happier.
When they leave after each visit, I am truly happy. One nice additional touch. the maids bring a vase with a single red rose, and each visit, they pop a fresh red rose in the vase. I know it's only a small touch, but it's something small that is impressive, and sets Royal Maids apart. Great company, a great team (no, you can't have Ramona!), and they do a great job!

If you're looking for an honest cleaner, keep looking because this isn't it! I was price shopping for house cleaners on July 27th. I called Royal Maids and Christine identified herself as one of the owners of the company. She gave me a rate of $180 to clean the inside of my house. It has 4 bdrms, 2baths, a kitchen, living room, dining room and a den.
A total of 1500 heated square feet. July 31st Christine called me and said when her workers went into the house they called her to say the job was going to take longer than they were told. Christine told them to start cleaning. Supposedly 3 hours later she calls me to say she wants another $180 to finish the job. I told her she quoted me $180 to clean my whole house and that's what I expect her to do. Christine said she's not going to send her people back tomorrow unless I agreed to pay her an additional $180.
I told her what she was doing was a bait & switch and unless she was going to finish the job she agreed to do at the rate she agreed to do it at, that her services were no longer needed and her employees were to leave immediately and that's what they did, leave. On her website it's posted, SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY - If you are not satisfied with your house cleaning call within 12 hours and we will be glad to rectify any problems free of charge. Refunds are not available.
