I will start by saying the team was very kind and seemed to do a good job cleaning the vents. The problem is they left a mess all over my house. Dust and debris all over. Near my side entry door, it looked like a sandbox. Anything under a wall mounted air return vent was covered as well - baby changing tables, desks, dressers, couches, flooring, plants.an absolute mess.
The basement was the worst though. Dirt and debris EVERYWHERE, lots of it. Leaves from where the hoses came in through a window. They left dusty/dirty footprints all over my foam workout mats. They also left the metal shavings from cutting holes in the air ducts for access. Which is lovely to step on. We spent hours cleaning up after them. There was no regard for cleanliness. No respect. Will never recommend them and surely will never be asking them to come back.

Bill & his son cleaned the air ducts in my 40 year old house for the first time. They spent the time needed to get the vents cleaned properly. The air quality in my home improved! No more allergy symptoms when the heat kicked on. When they were done they screwed the access panels on rather than using just duct tape. Job well done! Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

Bill and his team did excellent work! They were punctual, clean, and polite. They knew exactly what they needed, where to find it, and set to work immediately. Bill is the best! Honest, transperant, and just a quality experience all around. I will be using A-1 again. I called multiple air duct cleaning places and not only was his prices better, he is clearly one of the most reputable. I highly recommend using A-1. Bill and his technicians did an amazing job on cleaning out our air ducts. They are very professional and friendly. Arrived on time and showed me the great quality of tthe work they did. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Will do business with them in the future as well. If they can receive more than 5 stars would give them more.
