We had them come out after our dishwasher overflowed and the hard wood cupped and warped. Alex was out here quickly and took care of it! He explained all of the tools and machinery as well as answering all of our questions. They were able to dry out the floors enough that they went back to flat! Well use them any time in the future that we have water issues!

We used 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Southeast Michigan upon referral from our plumbers after our basement flooded. Justin was communicative and thorough - and also friendly. He and Austin did a great job disinfecting and ensuring all was cleaned up and cleared out. I highly recommend their services!

Due to the freezing temperatures, some of my sanitary piping had unfortunately frozen over the other morning. Fortunately, I was able to get a hold of Jared at 1-800 Water Damage and he was incredibly quick to take care of my issue. Him, Cole, and Demetrius were very helpful, honest, and happy to take care of the water damage I was experiencing both in my bedroom, as well as my living room located directly below. Jared was very meticulous in locating every portion of the damage, ensuring only to remove dry wall where it was absolutely needed.

These three men were very safe and clean during their work, leaving me with little to no mess to take care of on my own. Jared proceeded to monitor the damage the following two mornings, as it was being restored with dehumidifiers and fans, then promptly packed away his equipment to ensure I wasn't wasting any heat, energy, or money on unnecessary fixes. I cannot recommend this company enough and be sure to ask for Jared!

Let me start with, thank you! We had Alex, Sam, Jamon, Juliana, and Alejandro out to clean a sewage back up in a crawl space. They were awesome! They kept the work area very clean the entire time. (Not an easy thing to do when your dealing with sewage) They answered all of my questions and made a very stressful situation much easier for us to deal with.

Everyone was very polite and respectful. If they didn't have a mask on, they had a smile on their face. When the job was finished ( 8 hours), Jamon and Sam explained everything to us and were happy to answer even more questions that we had. I would 100% recommend this company.

Dan was prompt and courteous with us through the entire experience. He arrived within 30 minutes of calling him and began to inspect and ry out our house for flood damage. He was in frequent communication about the next steps along the way. They took out our damaged flooring, ceiling, and walls quickly and maintained a clean environment. We had an inch of water in our basement due to a faulty sump pump. Dan was out the next day to assess the damage. Sunday morning Lawrence and his team came out and was simply amazing. TRANSCENDENT beyond or above the range of normal or merely physical human experience. When the 2019 polar vortex hit, pipes broke in my basement. The plumber came and fixed the pipe and referred me to Fred Arthur. Fred worked with the insurance adjuster making sure all bases were covered within the limits of my policy. Fred worked with me to determine what outcome I wanted. his crew showed up and were hard working and supportive, doing way more work than they were required, above and beyond anything that was expected.

Being 64 yo, disabled, female with my 80 yo brother to take care of, I was not expected to lift a finger. It was a traumatizing, overwhelming situation for us to be displaced during the extremely cold and icy period. Fred and his crew provided emotional support, that everything would taken care of for us. Compassion: empathy for the misfortunes of others. Reassurance by removing doubts and fears. Consultation with homeowner to determine exactly what THEY want in the end. Guidance providing information and advice to getting to a mutually agreeable plan. Perseverance to get the project completed, despite difficulty and delays in the process. Follow-up: checking in to make sure things are being completed by everyone involved in the process. Do not hesitate to contact them for water damage remediation!

We had a leak in our downstairs bathroom causing mold that I found on a Saturday evening. I called and Fred (the owner) got back to me the same day. His crew came out a few days later (this was my choice, but it wasn't an emergency making them coming over on the weekend for and they were very accommodating with my schedule). The crew came out, demoed the entire bathroom in two days and got things dried up.

They also dried the upstairs bathroom and made sure that the floor upstairs was sound given the extent of the issue. All employees were prompt, courteous and cleaned up nicely. We ended up putting the claim through insurance which went smoothly. A few days later, I noticed some damage to the window and the drywall in the demo-ed bathroom. I contacted the owner and he made a point to come out personally to look at the issue since typically his employees tell him first.

Upon seeing the damage, he immediately offered remediation of window replacement and drywall repair. We're in the process of working that out (I have been out of town for several days - there have not been delays on the company's part) and it should be remedied shortly. Overall, I would use them again without hesitation if the situation ever came up again (but if all goes well, we won't need to!). Although there were minor problems (which there will be with any job), Fred handled them very professionally and fairly.
